First Team- Drizzle (Help PLease)

Hello, I'm fairly new to the whole competitive pokémon scene but have played the games for a long time. And have just recently become interested in competitive play. I thought it would be a good Idea to get my team rated before I decide to go use it =)

Here It Is:

Vaporeon
Item: Leftovers
Power: Hydration
Move Set:
Rest
Wish
Roar
Scald
Ev's:
252 HP/252 def/4 Speed
Nature: Bold
Description:
Wish passer, and a good staller. Im not completely sure If toxic should be switched in for roar, as I have no direct Hax on this team, vapor eon can be pretty bulky and hard to get rid of, yet does a sup rising amount of damage with scald. I would primarily use her as a counter/staller and a wish passer.

Starmie
Item: Leftovers
Power: natural cure
Move Set:
Scald
Rapid spin
Thunder
Recover
Ev's:
4hp/252 SpcAtk/252 Speed
Nature: Timid
Description: Typical Pok, good for Spec Dmg and a potential stall. Spinning is a necessity on this team so Starmie is a necessity.

Politoed
Item: Leftovers
Power: Damp.. jk Drizzle
Move Set:
Surf
Hypnosis
Perish song
Protect
Ev's:
252hp/252 Def/4 Speed
Nature: Bold
Description:
Not completely sold on the last two moves, I feel like theres something better I could pull off. But of course, this is my lead rain inducer, so yea.. Hypnosis is always good, and can potentially force a switch, while perish song and protect stalling can do the same. Im running a more bulky variant just to keep it alive in case I run into and weather wars.

Toxicroak
Item: Leftovers
Power: Dry Skin
Move Set:
Drain punch
Sucker Punch
Substitute
Bulk up
Ev's:
244 Hp/252 Atk/12 Def
Nature: Adamant
Description:
This smogon set works really well in rain, fighting stab drain punch, along with dry skin and leftovers makes it surprisingly hard to take down. A Good counter to Chancey/Blissy, and other stuff that is week to fighting.. The Priority Sucker Punch Is also a sweet deal. This guy is my only real physical check..

Ferothorn
Item: Leftovers
Power: Iron barbs
Move Set:
Gyro ball
Curse
Power whip
Stealth rock
Ev's:
252Hp/88 Def/168 SpcDef
Nature: Relaxed
Description: My only option for entry hazards. In rain, it's huge weakness to fire is practically negated, allowing the curse set to be extremely deadly. A good wall as well. Hate the design though.. yet it is a must on this team, I'm kinda running dual walls with this and vaporeon, although I'm not quite sure you can call vaporeon a wall..

Dragonite
Item: Life Orb
Power: Multiscale
Move Set:
Hurricane
Thunder
Ice beam
Draco Meteor
Ev's:
224 Hp/252Spa/32 Speed
Nature: Modest
Description:
Although Unconventional, I really needed an option to clear out many of the weaknesses this team had. Hurricane and Thunder are pretty obvious choices due to there increased accuracy, and Ice beam really takes care of Gliscor and such. Draco meteor is just an insane stab move. so this will be cleaning a lot of stuff up that could potentially set up/ sweep me. I should probably run choice scarf thug.. and max speed ev's. Not completely sure.

I really have liked rain teams since pre Politoed times, and since I never really played competitively Ive always had kindra on it, which is my favorite Pokémon. Politoed is a really cool guy and I'm glad drizzle has brought him into competitive play. Im sure theres some better options then the team I have here, and hope someone can point me in the right direction. So please help me find out how to better this team and what weaknesses I should look out for and how good ways to counter them :) Sorry I diddnt have any interesting pics and stuff, but I don't really get how to put them up and stuff.. so if anyone can help we with that ill be really grateful as well XD

Yea that was stupid of me, I knew kingdra was banned of course, just wasn't thinking for some reason. Thx.
I fixed It now.

I expanded a little, but I really need people opinions and help in how I should better this team, theres not really much to elaborate on atm.

nice job improving the descriptions. It would be helpful to add pictures but if you do not know how its okay.

Anyway on to the rate

First of Dragonite has no need for Ice Beam as Draco Meteor is will OHKO all the same targets anyway. If you want you can either go for Superpower to KO Blissey or Roost. I think roost would be the better option to give your Dragonite some surviablity with the Life Orb and staying power to break apart walls even more. Btw Scald over Surf on Politoad. That burn chance on Tyranitar is too good to miss up on plus with no sp atk ev investment you wont be damaging things all that much either. Also drop curse on Ferrothon for leech seed. Leech seed gives you some recovery and curse is pretty meh on Ferrothorn as it is easy to force out with them strong fighting types running around.

Anyway hope the rate helped.
