Hey! We're all new at one point, but let me help you with some things.

First off, your team is nowhere near competitive. You can check out Smogon Starters Hangout, and look at other RMT's to get a better idea of how competitive Pokemon works.

Secondly, this RMT doesn't follow the proper formatting of an RMT. Read this: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/how-to-make-an-rmt-required-reading.50298/ to get a better idea of how making an RMT works.

Lastly, try checking out the Competitive Tutoring room on Pokemon Showdown! to meet friendly people who can help you become a better competitive battler and become more productive with your posts.
 
Hey Mesty, welcome to Smogon. You should definitely check out everything Cheek Pouch said including the Smogon Starters Hangout and Battling 101 threads to try and get a feel for the site and battling in general.

Unfortunately your team isn't following the RMT rules as well as the fact that none of the pokemon on your team are actually in the NU tier.

Well first off, none of these pokemon are actually NU. A good start would be changing the tag to UU..
Also, a lot of your sets are just, well, bad. Swords Dance on Empoleon with no physical attacks, mixed offensive trevenant, mixed agility ampharos, etc. Generally a better idea is to stick with one attacking spectrum and stay with it, don't try go mixed with everything.

This could also just be a troll post, as it seems to be of that level of quality. If it is, grats on getting a bunch of responses; if it isn't, I recommend highly that you go back to competitive tutoring :]

It wasn't a troll post thank you very much...and when I went to the Start Dex on here and clicked NU these Pokemon where in that category. Like I said I have tried going in the chat to either be ignored or called an idiot. No help was provided. I've tried looking in those other forums also and nothing has really helped me either.
 
Not trying to sound like a dick or anything, I am just having trouble finding the actual help that I need. Thank you for the responses though.
 
Mesty I'm locking this thread, you need to add a paragraph describing each pokemon. Please read the RMT rules next time you post a team. PM me when you have made the necessary changes so I can unlock it.
