SS OU First Team for OU

Hi! I'm rather new here, and not very good at teambuilding, so I don't really know what to do for EVs other than just 252 252 4 most of the time so I was wondering how maybe I could change my EVs. I made a sand team, and it works okay some of the time but I definitely think I can improve it, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice? I put scarf on my Fini because I hate Landorus-T and with scarf lead I can normally surprise my opponent and get a free KO as long as they're not also scarfed. Really appreciate it!
