You need to add descriptions for why you chose each pokemon and what role they fill on your team. Looking at your team alone makes it difficult to rate as the rater has no way of knowing what you were thinking and what your plan was for this team.

Greninja was going to be my scout, and I felt that its Protean ability would allow it to be a tough matchup for a lot of opponents. Trevenant was supposed to be my tank, but that didn't work too well, so I made it into a sweeper based on physical attacks, but that isn't working too well either. Entei was supposed to be my quick attacker capable of finishing off weak opponents with ExtremeSpeed and good against a variety of opponents, as was Dragonite. Metagross was supposed to be another physical sweeper, and I only included Arbok because it performed extremely well in the Random Battles I had him. Also, I wanted a counter to Fairy-types if Metagross died and I was facing an Azumaril or something similar.

I am looking for a better wall than Trevenant (if I need one; I could always make Metagross it by changing its EVs) and a Pokemon that could replace Arbok. Asides from Metagross, Arbok, and Trevenant, my initial plan was to base my team on speed, so I was thinking to change the natures and/or EVs of my Pokemon to reflect this. Thus, I would keep Greninja the same as it is, along with Entei. I may flip Dragonite's Spe and HP EVs, too.

So, I was basing my team off speed, and Trevenant and Arbok don't really fit the style of the team, so replacement suggestions would be appreciated. Also, do you think that any of my Pokemon can have better movesets?

I also recommend Life Orb or Choice Scarf for Greninja. I use Life Orb myself and is it good. Since my Greninja has Protean it makes it even better. I have Grass Knot (for T-Tar or any heavy pokemon), Ice Beam (for Mandibuzz), Night Slash (for anything), Hydro Pump (for anything).

I would also use Mega Mawile instead of Metagross since it has the STAB Play Rough and STAB Bullet Punch and it's not effected by Poison and Steel is not ver effective since it is steel

First and foremost Entei and Arbok have no place in OU whatsoever. They have absolutely nothing good about them, at least there's nothing about them that another mon can't do much better. Again you were supposed to leave a paragraph for each and every pokemon on your team, not just a mess of thought after the fact so I can't come up with replacements for the two.
Also I can't see the build you have for Trevenant ever working right. He is meant to be a stall pokemon (keep in mind there is a huge difference between a stall and a wall), there's a reason he was designed to look like a Zombie Tree.

Dragonite shouldn't have Toxic
as he cannot stall. Instead he needs to be able to sweep the enemy team before he's taken down by a Fairy so put on Dragon Dance and remove Fire Punch for
EarthQuake
. I assume you have Fire Punch to deal with Ice & Grass types but you're better off trusting Dragon Claw for them and taking EQ for pokemon like Heatran & Excadrill.

Finally you say your team is meant to have speed but in the current meta speed means nothing when BellyDrum Azumarill's can Aqua Jet you or Swords Dance Sucker Punch Mawiles/Bisharps can erase all non bulky mons.

In all honesty your whole team should be scrapped and you should start over looking at OU replays and what's popular in the OU competitive forum. I understand you want to be different and original with your team but your sets show inexperience. Take the time to understand how each and every pokemon is meant to work and how it can help(or hurt) your team.
