First Team, need help to fix it

Its my first team, i know it need to be fixed but i just started to get interested in competitive pokemon. I know this team does not respect the Item clause but i don't know what item I should take instead.

Magnezone (Electric/Steel) Modest; Life Orb
84 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 168 Spe
-Thunderbolt -Flash Cannon
-Explosion -Magnet Rise


Dragonite (Dragon/Flying) Impish; Leftovers
252 HP / 216 Def / 40 Spe
-Dragon Claw -Dragon Dance
-Roost -Heal Bell


Gengar (Ghost/Poison) Timid; Life Orb
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Shadow Ball -Focus Blast

At least give us some sort of description so we know what role each poke has on your team. It will make it 100x easier for us to rate and help youteam
