XY OU First team needs help

So I wanted to make a team of my own instead of just playing randoms or stealing a BP team. I didn't want to be mindless and make a rain team so I chose the next easiest, stall. The team started with Cresselia to deal with lando, Medicham and gardevoir without taunt or shadow ball. Next were Skarmory and Chancy for a physical and special wall, as well as phaser, defogger and heal beller. After that since I'm bad at this and needed 3 pokemon I used heatran, alomomola and amoongus to give me a FWG core as well as hazards and wish. At this point I came to hate heatran, because so many lures were out there with EQ on random things like Lat@s and Venesaur. I didn't have a mega yet so I figured a bulky char x might make a better fire mon so I tried that out. To replace SR skarm had to lose WW which really hurt my team so I decided to replace amoongus with Ferrothorn. I found myself only really using Char X as a cleaner and felt he really wasn't earning his team spot, but outside Victini which would leave me really weak to knockoff I couldn't think of another fire type so I decided to use Sylveon as a back up clearic. Having a fairy was great, but 2 wish/heal bells proved unnecessary. With my mega slot open I wanted to try Aerodactyl to supply taunt and defog for Skarmory, as I was a little too overdependent on him. Aerodactyl ended up being too easy to wear down. I replaced him with Gliscor to also handle Mega-Heracross. Finally I was losing to every team that had magnezone and it was common enough so I swithed Ferrothorn to Chestnaught.

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Moonlight
- Toxic

Cresselia is the star of this team. Lando I and Mega-Medicham are way too dangerous to not have this. Psychic is stab, Ice Beam is for Lando, Garchomp and Dragonite, Moonlight is for recovery and Toxic is my main win condition for the whole team. Cresselia is also great because it resists psyshock and secret sword.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heal Bell
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled
- Toxic

Chansey is another special wall. It can handle most psyshocks well enough but not nearly as good as Cresselia. It's used over Blissey because it's usually pretty easy to predict knock offs and play around it and being my cleric there are times when I need to bring her in to heal bell on neutral physical hits and she can often handle it. Seismic Toss is amazing against heatran, something I struggled with. One thing that's bothersome is how it's walled by gengar.

Chesnaught @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Leech Seed
- Hammer Arm
- Spikes
- Spiky Shield

Chesnaught provides an answer to Ferrothorn being a common steal type I can't toxic stall. Once it's item is gone I can take it out with hammer arms while denying it leech seed recovery. It's mixed because of Alomomola doing such a good job against physical attackers that 2 more pure physical tanks are not needed.

Alomomola @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Knock Off

Regenerator+Wish is just great. This thing soaks up so many physical hits and doesn't really die, so Rocky Helmet is used over leftovers. It is also the mon I use to soak Knock Off. I don't run calcs but this think has taken a choice band v create and came out with 37% hp while knocking off the band. I haven't really come across any other physical electric or grass attack, but this thing is always one of my last pokemon to die. I use knock off instead of scald because I'm scared of burning something I want to poison and the damage is so bad it's a 30% accurate will o wisp.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 236 Def / 24 Spe
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Defog

Skarmory another physical wall. I have no idea what the speed is for. This thing just comes in, Defogs, roosts and leaves. He's my only answer to set up sweepers, I usally try to have something toxic them, wear it down a bit and come to skarm to blow it away so it can't set up again. Brave bird is mostly used late game, but occasionally I use it on weak things like Gengar.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 248 HP / 72 Def / 188 Spe
Impish Nature
- Acrobatics
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

I wanted a check to Mega-Hera so I came up with Gliscor. Acrobatics and speed are for Hera, Roost is recovery, SR because I really can't fit it anywhere else. I use EQ because Alomomola already has Knock Off.

My main problems are taunt Gardevoir, MG clefable, Skarmory, NP Thundurus and SD bisharp

You have to try doublade (over Cresselia) since it can handle Mega Gardevoir, Mega Medicham and Mega Heracross. Maybe you should try physically defensive Chesnaught because it becomes a very nice SD Bisharp counter. You could try Specially defensive Gliscor with Taunt and Knock Off just to handle Landorus. Maybe it can help with your Clefable weakness as well.
