I'm new, so please guide me

This is my lead, mainly to be the physical tanker of this team and the entry hazard of the team. Stealth Rock is for hazard, iron head is the main STAB, Thunder Wave for predicting switch ins, and dragon tail for preventing set up sweeper like Aegislash, etc.

The cleric of the team by being a wish passer to the always needed Aggron because he has no reliable recover of his own. with Snarl is the useful STAB move that will lower opponent Spatk that will cause less trouble for Umbreon to do the job, protect and toxic is for stalling.

The hazard annihilation. I choose him because of his ability and move that will guarantee the spin which i need because of ever dangerous SR for my Chandelure and Dragonite. Close combat is the only attacking move which is the only one to counter dark type for me.

my set up physical attacker. i believe that i have enough fire type from chandelure so i add thunderpunch to give more various attacking type for my team. Extreme speed is the priority that can check Whimsicott and other Prankster user. Dragon Dance and Dragon claw is the main STAB move for sweeping.

My revenge killer of the team. with his speed and his amazing ability protean, i can revenge kill many foe that knock my former pokemon out and with his type coverage the super effective is very easy to hit so i put expert belt instead of life orb for his sustainability.

I would use Foul Play over Snarl on Umbreon, since you do not have any attack investment.
Also, Excadrill over Hitmontop so you can have an offensive spinner, and it can learn shadow claw to hit spinblockers on the switch.
 
OK, not a bad team for a beginner but there are many things that could make your team better.

To start with, Aggron seriously doesn't need the huge attack investment just to power up one move. Instead, I suggest you get some EV's in special defense to be able to set up rocks and thunder wave against special attackers. In short, replace 252 attack with 252 special defense and replace Impish nature with Careful to increase it even more. Also, I think you should replace dragon tail with roar as it allows you to break through substitutes.

Next, your Umbreon's set is a bit odd for a cleric. Replace snarl with heal bell. Heal bell allows you to rid your team of statuses, which is incredibly useful.

Hitmontop's move set perplexes me. Why do you have foresight? Replace it with mach punch for priority. Also, I think you should go with toxic over stone edge as it is better for defensive Hitmontop.

Pain split really isn't necessary on Chandelure considering it is an offensive set. I suggest you replace it with energy ball for coverage against ground, rock, and water types.

Dragonite's set is good. I do, however, suggest to replace 252 speed for 252 health and 4 health to 4 speed. This allows you to become bulkier, benefiting weakness policy. I also recommend you replace dragon dance with roost. Weakness policy gives you a good enough boost, in my oppinion, and roost can get Dragonite to activate its ability again.

Greninja's set looks good. I just suggest you replace extrasensory with dark pulse. This allows you to counter Aegislash and Bisharp.

Thanks!!, I have no access for Move tutor of gen 5, so i cant get Umbreon with heal bell, and foresight is to get a spin for ghost type which switch in for hitmontop
