first team

Hello guys i'm back with my first Little Cup team it has been rather good but i think it can be a lot better with some help. I'm sitting at a CRE of 1285 atm and have versed some of the best players of the tier and had lots of fun doing it!
On to the Team!

Bronzor
bronzor.png

@Oran Berry
EV's: 220 HP / 8 Atk / 152 Def / 4 SpA / 68 SpD / 12 Spe
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Levitate
~Stealth Rock
~HP Ice
~Earthquake
~ Psychic

Add description once tested
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Munchlax
Munchlax.png
@Oran Berry
EV's: 236 Att 36 Def 236 SpD
Nature: Careful
Ability: Thick Fat
~Return
~Earthquake
~Pursuit
~Fire Punch
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Munchlax makes his appearance on this Team to help counter Ghosts and other Special Attackers. He works as the First Defensive Part of the Team working with Gligar to stop threats over running me, and Gligar's synergy with Munchlax is great and I don't think any one else could full this position. The moves are Designed to be cover threats as they come in. Return is for a powerful STAB Attack, Earthquake deals to Chinchou, Pursuit deals with Ghosts and Fire Punch so he is able to hit things like Bronzor who walls the whole set.

Gligar
Gligar.jpg

@ Oran Berry
EV's: 156 HP 76 Att 236 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Levitate
~Earthquake
~Aqua Tail
~Taunt
~U-Turn
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gligar is used on this team scout and wall threats, he works with Munchlax to do this. Gligar also has taunt to stop things setting up on him like Mantyke. With out Taunt these things can rip my team apart and without their boosts i can stop them. Taunt has been Explained, Earthquake is for STAB and stopping Croagunk from revenging my team, Aqua tail is for other Gligar and U-Turn scouts for me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Magby

@ Life Orb
EV's: 200 SpA 252 Spe
IV's HP 0
Nature: Naive
Ability: Flame Body
~ Fire Blast
~ HP Grass
~ Cross Chop
~ Thunderpunch
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Magby is my Wall breaker on this team between his good mixed attacking stats and high base Power Moves he can remove annoying defenders such as Bronzor. Fire Blast is the main move on this set hitting the said walls hard, HP Grass allows me to weaken or kill Chinchou, Cross Chop to own Munchlax and Thunderpunch to hammer Water Types
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Croagunk
Croagunk.png

@ Life Orb
EV's: 188 Att 188 SpA 116 Spe
IV's HP 0
Nature: Naughty
Ability: Dry Skin
~ Fake Out
~ Vacuum Wave
~ Sucker Punch
~ Ice Punch
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Croagunk is a beast, best Priority abuser in LC hands down. this set is rather standard and just does its job well. Fake Out to reduce the enemies HP then go for the revenge with Vacuum Wave or Sucker Punch, Ice Punch is used to catch Gligar on the switch in.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Elekid
Elekid.png

@ Life Orb
EV's: 252 Att 236 Spe
IV's HP 0
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Static
~ Thunderpunch
~ Ice Punch
~ Cross Chop
~ Quick Attack
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally Elekid finishes the team sweeping the enemy team once their team is weakened. Elekid is used due to his excellent speed stat which puts him at 20 speed faster than all non-scarfed sets. Thunderpunch is for STAB, Ice Punch forms a Bolt-beam Combo with Thunderpunch, Cross Chop is for coverage and Quick Attack helps with Priority users and Scarfers
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks for Looking at my Team I hope you guys can help improve it!

Elekid wants you to lower its HP to 19 and give it a LO. Also you have given no indication of wether or not Croagunk is running 19 or higher HP. If you are running higher you should lower it. This halves the amount of damage taken from LO recoil. same with magby.

Also if gastly goes down you are going to have a real problem with RP Gligar. Can I suggest that you swap Gastly for Scarf Shellder. It works great as a lead on shoddy because of skill link and the multi hit bug. You say that you like gastly because it lets you set up on stuff. You have no set up sweepers on your team so that really isn't doing much for you.

thanks for the advice, i'll edit it to show the HP IV being changed because it has been, i'll test Scarf Shellder it looks good, but to be honest i haven't ran into a RP Gligar yet lol.

Stop advocating bugs that kill LeaDour dammit.

er, anyway, this team looks like it doesn't have a steel type. That's bad cuz you have no Dragon resist.

Why not run a Lead Bronzor? It beats the top 9 leads. It walls Gligar to infinity. It sets up that handy Stealth Rock. It's the best mixed wall in the game.

hmmm thanks for the advice, can i get the sets for those two suggestions? can't seem to find them lol =/. keep the rates coming guys

Smogoogle Ice-Eyes, then check all the threads he made. Click the Little Cup RMT. Then you'll find Scarf Shellder. (Don't use it it kills LeaDour)

LeadZor is Bronzor with Stealth Rock/EQ/Psychic/HP Ice.

With Munchy down (luring munchlax is incredibly easy) an agility/hydro pump/tbolt/filler chinchou runs through your team (outspeeds and ohkoes 5/6 of your pokes with 2 moves) and if it has an Oran you can't kill it with your entire team's priority. It can set up fairly easily on magby too, as overheat/flare blitz is your strongest option. HP grass would solve this issue... Although, if he's your wallbreaker, you might want to try the specially based wallbreaker set on the anaysis. It still has 19 speed, but is tailored to kill bulky pokemon rather than sweep.

Magby@Life orb
200 SpA/252 Spe
Hasty/Naive
-Fire Blast
-Cross Chop
-HP Grass
-Thunerpunch

This set loses no coverage (though losing Mach punch sucks) or speed, while allowing it to kill (or at least weaken) chinchou before it sets up. Additionally, it kills munchy, which helps... Gastly sweep? You have no other special attackers >_<

Some less important stuff:
•Munchy wants 236 attack and adamant.
•Scarf gastly is begging to be pursuited, and lead Gastly is fairly meh (especially with no setup pokes or even substitute users!) I suggest finding a different lead and scarfer... Gastly isn't exactly great at either (though it's not awful, you could do better)
•Magby and Croagunk want Naive/Naughty.

Good luck, have fun playing little cup (best metagame ever!)

Alright thanks alot guys, this has been really helpful.
i'll run down the posts and show what i have decided to change thanks to your rates =):

I like the idea, but i have to go with darkamber 8828 with this one, i think his lead looks better. i have already changed the IV's too so thats you post, thanks alot!

I think this lead looks better and will fit the team better thanks alot, also with the sets too!

Magby looks better like this thanks alot, being able to beat Munch is awesome so thanks. I will change the Ev's and Natures now. Gastly has been changed out so no issue here thanks alot Nails!

Changes at a glance:
Bronzor new lead
Magby set change
Ev, nature changes on Munchlax, Croagunk and Magby

After a second look over, Gligar should have stone edge over taunt, taunt is pretty damn useless on gligar. Bronzor should have an Oran berry, scarf bronzor is very very bad.
