ORAS UU First Timer Here (plz rate)

Hey this is my first RMT. I would really appreciate some good feedback because I'm really starting to get into competitive play online and i really wanna become a pro at team building and movesets etc. so this is my first attempt at team building and i hope its ok i guess

So i built my team around Mega Ampharos

Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 32 Hp / 252 Sp.Atk / 224 Spe
Timid Nature
-Agility
-Thunderbolt
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast

Agility allows Mega Ampharos to patch up its low Speed stat, hitting 400 Speed after an Agility. Thunderbolt is a powerful STAB attack that damages any Pokemon that doesn't resist it. Dragon Pulse is another powerful secondary STAB attack, hitting opposing Dragon-types that threaten Mega Ampharos. Focus Blast has great Base Power along with terrifying coverage, but it has slightly low accuracy. Static is Ampharos's ability before Mega Evolving and can paralyze foes if they make contact with Ampharos. Mold Breaker doesn't provide a lot of usefulness, yet it has the niche of not raising Mega Sceptile's Special Attack if it switches into Thunderbolt.

Alomomola @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 232 Hp / 252 Def / 24 Sp.Def
Relaxed Nature
-Scald
-Wish
-Protect
-Toxic

Alomomola is mainly to be used to pass enormous Wishes and to switch into physical attackers. It can easily switch into many physical Fire-types including Arcanine, Darmanitan and Entei. Wish is the main move of this set, allowing Alomomola to heal itself and its teammates to great effect. In fact, it can heal frail sweepers almost all the way to full health. It also helps with weakened walls and Pokemon that lack reliable recovery and still serve a defensive role such as Ampharos. Protect helps turn Wish into reliable recovery and can also be used to scout my opponent's moves or net an extra turn of Leftovers recovery. Scald is a reliable, albeit weak STAB move that keeps Alomomola from being Taunt bait and has a nifty 30% chance to burn the opponent, which is always nice for a wall. Toxic is recommended in the last slot to win stall wars with opposing Pokemon such as Slowking, as well as putting opposing sweepers on a timer.

Crobat @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 248 Hp / 60 Def / 200 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Brave Bird
-Defog
-Roost
-U-turn/Taunt

Brave Bird is a powerful, reliable STAB move that hits rather hard off the bat and OHKOes many Fighting- and Grass-types such as Mienshao, Machamp, Toxicroak, Infernape, Shaymin, Roserade, and Chesnaught, therefore completing Crobat's job of checking them. U-turn is valuable for the momentum it gains for the team. Defog allows Crobat to clear entry hazards for my team. However, Taunt can be used on more offensive teams to keep foes from clearing away your own entry hazards with Defog and to cripple opposing walls. Finally, Roost is important in the last moveslot for reliable recovery and allowing Crobat to clear entry hazards and check Fighting- and Grass-types multiple times throughout the match.

Hippowdon @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 Sp.Def
Impish Nature
-Stealth Rock
-Slack Off
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide

When using Hippowdon, the game plan is simple: Tank hits, set up Stealth Rock, and focus on wearing the opponent down through entry hazard and sand. Slack Off should be used often to keep Hippowdon healthy throughout the match and help it wall the opponent more effectively. Stealth Rock is the first move of this set, as with Hippowdon's great natural bulk, it is one of the most durable and reliable Stealth Rock setters in the tier. Slack Off is a necessity in order to keep Hippowdon healthy throughout the course of the match. Earthquake is a reliable STAB option that actually can do a surprising amount of damage coming off Hippowdon's good Attack stat. Rock Slide is the preferred, as it allows Hippowdon to hit Pokemon that are immune to Earthquake such as Mega Aerodactyl for super effective damage.

Roserade @ Life Orb
Ability: Nature Cure
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 4 Sp.Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Toxic Spikes
-Sludge Bomb
-Giga Drain
-Hidden Power(Fire)

Toxic Spikes allow Roserade to set up entry hazards for my team. Sludge Bomb is a powerful move with a high chance of poisoning the foe and is the move Roserade uses as its main form of offense. Giga Drain is a weaker option other than leaf storm that can restore health and does not result in a stat drop. Hidden Power Fire can also hit Pokemon such as Chesnaught, and it hits Steel-types such as Forretress, which would otherwise wall Roserade, for massive damage. Sludge Bomb is Roserade's main form of offense, as it is strong, can poison, and has no negative effects. Also i plan on bringing Roserade in via switch.

Bulky Specs

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Ability:Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 4 Sp.Def / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
-Flamethrower
-Shadow Ball
-Energy Ball
-Trick

Flamethrower is an alternative, or Fire Blast because its reliable Fire-type STAB move OHKOing most frail Pokemon thanks to Choice Specs. Shadow Ball is the standard go-to Ghost-type STAB move if the opponents team can handle Fire-type moves or if the opponent has an apparent Ghost-type weakness to exploit. Energy Ball is useful for revenge killing slightly weakened bulky Water- and Ground-types and OHKOes Swampert; however, Chandelure still won't be OHKOing any of its bulky Water- and Ground-type checks and counters without prior damage. Trick is a good option against stall teams or bulky Pokemon that attempt to work around Chandelure's wallbreaking ability. I'm using Choice Specs Chandelure as a high-powered special wallbreaker with the capability of 2HKOing the majority of the tier that doesn't resist it. Chandelure is very effective as a mid-game wallbreaker or revenge killer against bulkier Pokemon such as a partially injured Mega Blastoise or Hippowdon.
