Well here's my team any suggestions would be great team replacements move changes anything would be appreciated.

First thoughts,
  • No evident lead
  • lots of rather risky setup up sweepers
  • Hurricane with no rain
  • Consider Ice Beam on Starmie

Formatting wise, get some smaller pictures and post your abilities/items please. If you go into PO teambuilder and hit export team it will give you everything you need.

I'll probably come back and flesh this out later

explain why you have that pokemon over something else in the metagame plus description& role of it. raters will have a easier time if you put in more descriptions.

Dragonite
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Marvel Scale

Summary: I chose Dragonite because he is a potent sweeper but is also bulky and with that ability and Ev spread he can hit hard and take hits as well

You want Multiscale (not marvel scale, though as Dragonite does not have marvel scale that was likely just an error) and a more defensive moveset and spread to justify using him over Salamence, as these are the only advantages that Dragonite can push over the superior offensive dragon.

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 44 Atk / 212 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw/Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Roost

EDIT: If you weren't a giant Dragonite fanboy, as it seems you are from your Dragonite description, I'd just tell you to remove Dragonite outright and replace him with Salamence, he just better at what you built this Dragonite to do, albeit without the ability to revenge kill.
EDIT #2: Don't take it personally I <3 Dragonite too.
