First UU Team

This is my first UU team. What do you think? What should I change? I've heard weather teams aren't allowed in UU. Is this true?

Cloyster (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Skill Link
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Blast
- Shell Smash
- Icicle Spear
- Rapid Spin
This is my Lead. I try to get in a Shell Smash, or two and then I sweep. Rapid Spin takes care of entry hazzards. This pokemon doesn't really go with the rest of my team, so I just let it die when its job is done. Skill link makes sure I hit 5 times. The Evs are Offensive and Defensive.
Vulpix (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Hypnosis
- Will-O-Wisp
- Confuse Ray
This is my support/weather starter pokemon. I try to put a pokemon to sleep before I start my BP Chain. The Focus Sash keeps it alive. I didn't put any EVs into Defense because I want to make sure the Focus Sash works.

Mr. Mime (M) @ Tanga Berry
Trait: Soundproof
EVs: 136 HP / 252 Def / 120 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Barrier
- Taunt
- Calm Mind
- Baton Pass
This is the beginning of my BP chain. I make sure my opponent is "Taunted" at all times. Then I use Calm Mind and Barrier as much as I can before I Baton Pass. The EVs are Defensive and it is Jollly for the speed.

Ambipom (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Taunt
- Agility
- Baton Pass
This is the second part of my BP Chain. I use Nasty Plot (if needed) and Agility and then pass it. I also make sure the opponent is "Taunted" The EVs are Defensive.

Houndoom (M) @ Chople Berry
Trait: Early Bird/Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Dark Pulse
- Sunny Day
- SolarBeam
This is who recieves the bonuses. I get stab from flamethrower(plus weather bonus) and Dark pulse and the weather causes solar beam to take one turn. Sunny Day is in case the weather is changed.

Blaziken (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Sunny Day
- SolarBeam
- Vacuum Wave
This is pokemon is the same as Houndoom except it has a Priority move pretty much.

Weather teams are allowed. Blaziken is not. He's banned not just in UU, but OU as well.

From the voting thread:

Thank you all for your swift votes. This has got to be a record for quickest 100% voter turnout, completing in just 46 hours! Here are the results:

Blaziken: 29 Ban, 11 Do Not Ban, 3 Abstain (72.5% Ban)
Deoxys-E: 22 Ban, 19 Do Not Ban, 2 Abstain (53.7% Ban)
Excadrill: 10 Ban, 33 Do Not Ban, 0 Abstain (23.3% Ban)
Latios: 22 Ban, 18 Do Not Ban, 3 Abstain (55.0% Ban)
Reuniclus: 9 Ban, 31 Do Not Ban, 3 Abstain (22.5% Ban)
Thundurus: 15 Ban, 23 Do Not Ban, 5 Abstain (39.5% Ban)

What does this mean? From here on out, Blaziken is banned from OU. Deoxys-E and Latios are placed "on notice", meaning that if they are voted Uber by a simple majority in the next round of testing, they will also be banned. The other suspects are all safe in OU.

Thank you all for yet another successful suspect test. These new bans will be implemented on our official ladder ASAP, and once that is done we will start the next round of testing!

Remove Leftovers ASAP. The Shell Smash is lowering both defense and special defense one stage, so the leftovers won't be to any use. I suggest changing the nature to jolly and fix the EVs to 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe, running a mixed offense/defense Cloyster is a bad idea, and he already got natural bulk, still you're using it to sweep, not to tank. Exchange the lefties with White Herb to remove the stat lowering of Shell Smash. Rapid Spin is a bad idea, I'd rather change it to Razor Shell for both stab and coverage. You'd better sweep with it till it's dead, as the sun will debuff all water attack.

Vulpix (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Hypnosis
- Will-O-Wisp
- Confuse Ray
This is my support/weather starter pokemon. I try to put a pokemon to sleep before I start my BP Chain. The Focus Sash keeps it alive. I didn't put any EVs into Defense because I want to make sure the Focus Sash works.
I don't really understand what you're thinking with running a Focus Sash Vulpix, it's not like you'll gain the upperhand with just 1 health points left. I'd remove it with Eviolite Stone and give Vulpix a more bulky EV set. And for god sake, change Hypnosis with Solar Beam/Energy Ball ASAP! I'd also change Confuse Ray to something else, IMO haxes isn't anything to relay on.

Both Blaziken and Houndoom shouldn't have Sunny Day. One of them should run Hidden Power just for coverage. Even though, Blaziken is stonger on the physical side, but I guess priority really can save you in a pinch and revenge kill.

Pardon me, but just forget the whole Baton Passing chain. If you really wanna have baton pass, stay with just one passer. How easy isn't it for a Shadow Tag Chandelure to set up on them, and then sweep your whole team? A baton passer should always have one attacking move, or else you're at a huge disadvantage. Ambipom should have the set of a Fake Out lead, because it's actually really strong. Well, good luck!
