bronzong.jpg

Bronzong @Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252HP/252Def/4SpD IVs: 2 Spe
- Stealth rock
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Gyro ball

I don't really have a solid lead but most of the time I start with Bronzong, as he can poison any potential threats to my team early on and to setup stealth rock. Levitate has now replaced Heatproof to to become a switch in to ground types. Earthquake is for neutral coverage. Gyro ball is a powerful STAB that can help to hurt anything needed. The 2 Speed IVs are there to make gyro ball wreck + outspeed other Bronzong I come across.

Yanmega @Life orb
Ability: Speed boost
Nature: Calm
EVs: 24HP/68Def/188SpA/228SpD
- Air Slash
- Bug buzz
- HP Ground
- Protect

Yanmega is one of the stars of my team. After entry hazards and any other threats to him are gone, he can sweep. But anyways, Air slash is there to help me remove grass pokes like shaymin. Bug buzz is a powerful STAB that can put a dent into anything that doesn't resist it. HP Ground I'm still not 100% on but so far it's been doing alright, it can 2hko poison pokemon and revenge ko electric after a free speed boost. Protect is there to help stall out toxic and to gain a free speed boost if I need to revenge KO or simply outspeed my opponent. EVs and nature to make him as bulky as possible.

553_Krookodile.png

Krookodile @Life orb
Ability: Moxie
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4Hp/252Atk/252Spe
- Taunt
- Dragon tail
- Crunch
- Earthquake

Krookodile's a beast, especially after a moxie boost or two. Taunt is there to stop BPers and support pokes. Dragon tail is to rack up hazard damage and phaze out stat boosters/BPers. Crunch is a powerful stab that wrecks ghosts/psychics. Earthquake is for STAB and coverage.
slowbro.png

Slowbro @Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 SAtk
- Slack off/Thunder wave/Yawn
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Grass knot

Slowbro is a great sponge and can help wreck a lot of pokes. I used to run slack off, but never really used it. Tried thunder wave, and it's helpful but I never really needed it. Yawn isnt doing bad, it usually forces a lot of needed switches but I still don't know what to put in this spot. Scald's a powerful STAB that has a good burn chance. Psyshock wrecks Mienshao/scrafty and is also a good STAB. Grass knot helps to take out bulky waters like blastoise/swampert and also claydol/rhyperior.

Hitmontop @Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252HP/112Atk/144Def
- Close Combat
- Rapid Spin
- Sucker Punch
- Stone Edge
Hitmontop is a new member to my team and is working great. Intimidate cripples physical attackers that are attempting to sweep my team. Close combat helps to wreck Snorlax, along with Weavile who used to thrash this team. Rapid spin clears out hazards. Sucker punch is for priority and to help take out ghosts/psychics. Stone edge helps to wreck Zapdos and other flying/fire pokemon. EVs to make it bulky yet offensive.
Rotom-C.png

Rotom-C @Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252SpA/252Spe/4Def
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Leaf Storm
- HP Ice

Rotom-C is the second new member of my team and my revenge killer. Choice scarf + Timid + Max speed can outspeed most things in the tier. Volt switch is so i can keep the momentum going in my favor and not end up locked into a resisted move. Thunderbolt is a strong STAB to help ko bulky waters and flying pokemons. Leaf storm is a powerful STAB that wrecks water/rock/ground pokes and can put a dent in anything with 140 bp + STAB + max SpA EVs. HP ice helps to take out zapdos/flygon and other dragons.

Former team members.
Claydol.png

Claydol @Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold
EVs:
- Stealth rock
- Rapid spin
- Ice beam
- HP electric

Claydol is my hazard setter and hazard remover. Ice beam is on him to help take out grass pokes. HP electric helps to deal with Emploeon and other waters. Still not too sure about this spot on the team though.

flygon.jpg

Flygon @Choice band
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252Atk/252Spe/4Hp
- U-turn
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone edge

Flygon's a beast in UU, enough said. Max attack and speed to try and outspeed and revenge KO anything it needs too. I usually use Flygon as a late game sweeper. Either that, or to scout with U-turn. Outrage is a powerful stab that can OHKO mienshao if I don't feel like dealing with it, and 2-3HKO a lot of other strong pokes. Earthquake and Stong edge form the famous EdgeQuake combo and are there for coverage.

So that's my team, constructive criticism welcome. Dont be too harsh, I'm still new to all this competitive battle stuff.

Eviolite doesn't work on slowbro. Try leftovers on Bronzong instead of expert belt. I also think that Air Slash and HP Ground would work better on Yanmega than Giga Drain and HP Fire. Also your team needs a fast revenge killer desperately and although Yanmega can fill this role, it's weakness to SR hinders it. Therespfore I think you should run a scarf on your Krookodile or Flygon. Preferably Krookodile since banded Flygon needs the offensive boost and can act as a surprise factor.

Thanks for the suggestions, Air slash and HP ground are working a lot better on yanmega and I switched out flygon for Rotom-c and made him my revenge killer.

It wouldn't hurt to increase your descriptions just a little (mainly for Krookodile). Also, why Pursuit on Hitmontop? I may not play UU, but I have a feeling that most of the Psychic and Ghost types in the tier aren't especially afraid of Hitmontop, especially ones that don't have full investment in their Atk stat. Why not Sucker Punch for priority? It is something your team lacks after all...

Don't you feel that shadow claw and crunch is bit redundant in coverage? Try EQ instead. It's STAB and provides excellent coverage.

Hey,

A lot of your EV spreads are kinda wacky so here are a few suggestions for some spreads: on Yanmega, you really want to be running 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with a Modest nature, and on Hitmontop, given it's a defensive pivot that you want sticking around, you should run 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD with an Impish nature. With that out of the way, there are a few things I think can aid your team greatly. Your Rotom-C set is, I feel, less efficient than it can be. You listed that Hidden Power Ice is for Flygon and Zapdos, and Flygon actually outpaces Rotom-C, while Zapdos doesn't really care about Hidden Power Ice that much, and Thunderbolt hits nearly as hard. This is more so that Grass-types don't wall you, as that's Rotom-C's biggest stop. I'd probably run Trick over Thunderbolt because you'll very rarely be able to sweep with Rotom-C, and Trick ruins a lot of stall teams which seem to give you problems because of your relatively frail team.

On Slowbro, Grass Knot is redundant with Scald because you're already hitting all the Rock or Ground types that you've listed with Scald, and you're simply crowding up the moveslot. Slack of is non-negotiable because you want Slowbro to be in the best shape possible to take on physical threats. I'd honestly take off Thunder Wave and Yawn as options and run Toxic in the last slot so that you ruin Swampert and Blastoise's longevity and additionally, you can take care of daring Chandelure or some Grass-types that aren't Shaymin or Amoonguss.

Your Krookodile looks really out of place, and the set seems pretty inefficient. In its place, a much better option in my opinion would be Choice Band Flygon. You've got much more power, a bit more Speed, and a lot more sweeping potential. Additionally, you can form a VoltTurn core between Flygon and Rotom-C, and this keeps a ton of pressure on your opponent throughout the match. A moveset of Earthquake, Outrage, U-turn, and Stone Edge, with a Timid nature and a spread of 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe would be the best for this position. I think with these changes your team would run much more smoothly; try them out! Cool team and good luck. I hope I helped.

Thanks for the response. I switched the EVs on Yanmega , he does alot better now. Grass knots been replaced with slack off but I like yawn due to its ability to force alot of needed switches. While I agree flygon's a beast. I really wanna make krookodile work, any suggestions to improve my set on him?
