First X and Y team. All help appreciated!

Hello everyone! I'm fairly new to competitive pokemon battling in general, and this is my first attempt ever at building a team that's competitive. I'd really like any help you can offer. I prefer playing in-game, and I don't think I'll be using pokebank even when it comes out. I like the metagame as is right now. I really like this team, as I learned of a godly new move released this gen: Sticky web. Its just...too good. I wanted to go around using that for sure.
So here it is:

as of 12/6/13: changes in red

Galvantula Focus sash
w/ Compound Eyes
Timid
252 Sp.Atk 252 Spd 4 Hp
-Thunder
-Sticky Web
-Energy Ball
-Signal Beam
I absolutely LOVE this guy as a lead/set up. With focus sash and the max speed ev's, he always gets up sticky web for me, and he can usually deal some damage after that (Talonflame usually being the exception). You have to have thunder on this guy, and signal beam and energy ball help round up his diversity, with the ability to at least hit ground-types with something. He helps the rest of the team (which is fast, but doesn't have a speed ace like Mega Gengar or Talonflame) and gives them the support they need to sweep (which is possible with many of them).

Rotom-w Life orb
w/ Levitate
Modest
252Sp. Atk 252 Sp 4 Hp
-Hydro pump
-Volt switch
-Thunderbolt
-thunderwave/toxic
I decided pn this guy over mega gardevoir for another possible special sweeper. I love it's typing, and it can take out a lot of good pokemon. Instead of going for bulk, I decided to go for speed (even better with stickyweb) and as much power as possible. recommendations on this guy would be nice.

Exploud Choice Specs
w/Scrappy
Timid
252Sp.Atk 252 Sp. 4 Hp
-Boomburst
-Flamethrower
-Shadowball
- Focus Blast
The only move that really matters on this guy is boomburst. With stab it deals a base 210 damage with absolutely no reprucussions except being locked into it, but with scrappy, who cares? The other moves are really just...there. He can sweep on his own, and gets great help from the sticky web that Galvantula can set up. He helps take out alot of pokemon, and can deal a good amount of damage to even things like ferrothorn or megalucario, which can put my opponent into a tough spot, allowing me to KO them with the next pokemon I send out. He's mainly here to help take down non0special walls.

Azumarill Choice Band
w/ Huge Power
adamant
252 Atk 252 Sp. 4 Hp
-Aqua Jet
-Waterfall
-Superpower
-Play Rough
This rabbit is awesome. Hi has huge attack (hence the ability title) and does huge damage. Aqua jet does MASSIVE damage for a priority move, and can take out things like volcarona and excadrill before they can react. The other moves are for coverage, but play rough makes the word Dragon disappear, and most other things lose 60% or more. I find his priority and good type coverage invaluable, and he can help take care of fire pokemon that my team might have a problem against otherwise (like mega charizard).

Aegislash Leftovers
w/ Stance Change
Adamant
252 Atk 252 Hp 4 Sp.
-Swords Dance
-Shadow sneak
-Sacred Sword
-Iron Head
This guy can be my favorite or least favorite pokemon depending on what he's facing. Some times he can get up 3 swords dances no problem and sweep with shadow sneak. Other times, he dies in one hit. I've wanted to put in King's shield, but I feel this team need a good move to counter fairies, and most don't expect Iron head, so they end up taking it. Although it was recommended to replace swordsdance with kings shield, I feel he still needs that attack boost to truly be powerful enough to sweep. I use him mainly to counter fairies, but he can also sweep if he gets up 2-3 swords dances.

Garchomp Garchompite
w/Rough skin
Jolly
252Atk. 252 Sp. 4 Hp
-Rock slide
-Earthquake
-Dragon claw
-Iron Head
The main sweeper of this team. He gets even better thanks to the sticky web, letting him outspeed even more pokes. His power allows me to cut through things like tissue paper. His moveset has good coverage and he helps also take out sweepers like mega gengar and talonflame. His mega evolution doesnt feel the speed loss thanks to sticky web, so I can use his power. I like Iron head, because it allows me to hit a fairy type pretty heavily and live (if it doesn't OHKO) because they usually predict a switch to aegislash

So that rounds it up!I'm pretty happy with it, but I'm mainly looking for suggestions of what to put instead of gardevoir. The rest I would like to keep, but I wouldn't mind changing. Please keep in mind I want to keep this in-game, and I don't always have the time for getting egg moves. Please add any feedback possible!

I think that exploud is really cool, i didnt know he had boomburst. This is a good team, if you wanted to change some things you could switch galvantula for a smeargle with sticky web and spore. But that is just preference, for gardevoir if you wanted to switch I would recommend a protean greninja with life orb. Look up the smogon special ninja set it is really good(it ould even use an expert belt.

Honestly if you aren't running King's Shield you are subjecting yourself to a forced switch or hoping the other Pokemon does not have enough offensive investment to kill you where as said King's Shield would help mitigate that situation. SD is nice but Aegislash has a sky high 150 base attack and can function without it. I would go -Swords Dance for +King's Shield.

I like Your team. It looks a lot like my own team so I have a few comments that might help.

You should run bug buzz instead of signal beam on galvantula the damage is worth the confuse chance. Also I feel using non-mega Gardevoir is almost a liability. To fix this I suggest a couple of changes regarding your Garchomp to allow room for mega-gardevoir. First of all you can run life orb and hit around the same power but with normal Garchomps great speed. Also Aerial ace and brick break are not the best coverage moves for Garchomp. Stone Edge should really be considered because without it togekiss walls you to hell and back. Also you may want to consider swords dance or substitute for your last slot. Or you can run sash Alakazam over Gardevoir. That works to.

Sets:

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Stone Edge
- Substitute/Swords Dance

or

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
