Firsts vgc team, cant choose one, need advices for las spot

I guys how are you? My hopes for fine. I think my teams are fine, but all the help is very apreciated, also any criticism all be viewed positively. I read all the rules and don't see anything to say: "You can't post two teams in one post" so... HERE WE GO!: (My english inst so good, Im Chilean so, I cant write big paragraphs, I hope this isnt a problem for you)

First, my provisional team (sand):

Tyranitar@Assault Vest

Ability: Sand Stream

EVs: 176 HP / 136 Def / 56 SDef / 140 Atk

Adamant Nature

-Rock Slide

-Crunch

-Earthquake

-Ice fang

This is my sand streamer, I like him 'cuz his defense and ofensive, rock slide is for wrap talonflame, ice punch coverage, crunch and earthquake are STAB. Not have so much to say. Usually goes first with Scrafty.

Garchomp@Garchompite

Ability:Sand Veil/ Sand Force

EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/252 Spe

Jolly Nature

-Dragon Claw

-Earthquake

-Stone Edge

-Poison Jab

My mega mon, is the slayer of the team, also not much to say. Also very regular one.

Scrafty@Rocky helmet

Ability: Intimidate

EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def

Adamant Nature

-Fake Out

-Ice Punch

-Drain Punch

-Detected

He is my other lead, I like him 'cuz the most of the players dont thinking in a rocky helmet scrafty, so when they use fake out with his M-khan, this get more damage than scrafty.

Ferrothorn@Bright powder

Ability: Iron Barbs

EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/ 252 Def

Brave Nature

-Power Whip

-Gyro Ball

-Leech seed

-Explosion

What can I say? This guy is a avenger, and trolling rotom-w Hydro-pump very good. And the EVs spread is the mainstream one.

Rhydon @ Eviolite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 228 HP / 150 Atk / 30 Def / 100 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drill Run
- Rock Slide
- Megahorn
- Protect

I prefer this guy than Rhyperior 'cuz if using Lightning Rod, AVperior is a inferior IMHO. (I used it more in my other team). Good friend of Gyarados.

Gyarados@Leftovers

Ability: Intimidate

EVs: 152 HP/176 Atk /36 def /144 Spd

Jolly Nature

-Taunt

-Waterfall

-Dragon Dance/thunderwave (need help here)

-Dragon Tail

Defensive "troll" pokemon, is my secret card.

This is one team, in the next months the pokemon from pokebank becomes available for vgc, so I like to try change Gyarados for a AV Landorus,(ttar use Leftovers and ferrothorn with a storm drain cradily.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My sun team:

Charizard@Charizardite Y

Ability: Blaze/Drought

EVs: EVs: 92 HP/4 Def /50 SDef /212 SAtk /150 Spd

Timid Nature

-Protect

-Dragon Pulse

-Heat Wave

-Solar Beam

Is very regular Megazard Y, leader and good slayer.

Venusaur @ Black Sludge
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 220 HP / 20 Spd / 252 SAtk / 8 Def / 8 SDef
Modest Nature
-Giga drain
-Sleep Powder
-Slugde Bomb
-Protect
Very regular Venusaur, not much to says.

Rhydon @ Eviolite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 228 HP / 150 Atk / 30 Def / 100 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drill Run
- Rock Slide
- Megahorn
- Protect

The same one from my sand team, is the savior of the two pokemon above him. With Lightning Rod I can save Mzard from thunder attack, and help me if the opponent have a psychic or fire pokemon to attack Venusaur.

Scrafty@Rocky helmet

Ability: Intimidate

EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def

Adamant Nature

-Fake Out

-Ice Punch

-Drain Punch

-Detected

The same use from the other team, trolling M-khan.

Azumarill@Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power

EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd

Adamant Nature

-Power-Up Punch

-Aqua Jet

-Waterfall

-Play Rough

I love this girl more tan the berry and band one. Good attack and defenses.

And the sixth spot is empty, I have some ideas, like twind Noivern, taunt gengar, but any convinces me, so advices are so much appreciated.

I like my sun team more than the sand one, this one have more coverage, but i cant finish this one.

Thank you very much in advance for your advice

Whilst you may be correct in saying that you can have more than 1 team per thread, it does say that no incomplete teams are allowed. Also, I can see your English isn't that good, but you need to have at least three lines for each Pokemon. I'm not an expert in Doubles, so I'll leave the actual rating part to someone else.
