I think this team is SO offensive but i dont know if make it a little more balance or no... and how make it more balance

I'm not the most educated on UU as I am just getting into it myself but I will try to help with what I can.

First off, I'd recommend replacing Fake out on Weavile with Low Kick. Gives you better attacking coverage on someone who really needs it. Weavile can't afford to come in multiple times with all the residual damage that racks up on him so when hes in you want it to count. Cobalion, Bisharp, Empoleon, Houndoom, and Registeel can all swap in and set up on you without it. Plus it gives you another way of dealing with Snorlax. Fake out works better on pokemon like Mienshao who resist rocks and can swap out over and over again to abuse it with his regenerator, not so much Weavile.

Second, if you want to lean more towards a balance style, then consider SubCM Raikou over your current set. This will make him much more threatening early, able to place your opponent in a very difficult place if he is not prepared. As opposed to the choice set this set is much less reliant on prediction and more about timing, just something to consider.

Next, your Chandelure. With the blazing speed in Weavile, and your already Scarfed Heracross, I would recommend swapping him to specs. Either that or Heracross to Band and keep the Scarf on Chandelure. Either works honestly. The only problem here is with all your speed, you may lack the power to break down more stall based teams.

For Swampert I would recommend replacing your Ice Punch with Waterfall. Reason being is you already have Weavile to take care of everything you would need Ice Punch, and Waterfall is better for STAB and neutral coverage. I could see this being argued against though so if you are set on Ice Punch and it is working for you then stick with it. Alternatively Toxic can be a viable option.

Lastly, I'm not sure what that Dusclops is supposed to accomplish, if you could describe what role you are using him to fulfill I could offer better advice, this goes with your entire team honestly. A team overview/strategy would be nice. I gave insight on what I could I hope it helps.
