Ubers - Flavor Blasted
I got the idea for this team from mostly trial and error and watching a few YouTubers, the latter is where I got the inspiration for level 1 Pineco lead and Mewtwo-X, the rest is just to build what I think is good coverage, and a good defensive core with Aegislash (Def) and Giratina (SpD).

goldfish (Pineco) @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 1
Shiny: Yes
EVs: -44 Def / -4 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 HP
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Pain Split / Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin

Pineco is my dedicated lead, and spinner / hazard user. With Sturdy and Berry Juice you can easily set up 2 Hazards, or 1 Hazard 1 Spin, or get some damage off on a major threat with Pain Split. At level 1 Pain Split is always going to get you back to full health in ubers, unless you are facing another low level pokemon, which puts you back into Sturdy range. I mostly use this because it is fun, under-used, and works pretty well versus leads without status moves. Setting up Leech Seed and switching this little guy in leads to some pretty powerful synergy, with his sturdy being renewed every turn. In the case that you bring Leech Seed, I'd pack T. Spikes instead of Pain Split, because while the damage of Pain Split vs Level 100 enemies is nice, Leech Seed is definitely a more reliable way to keep you maxed out and in Sturdy Range. (All credit for my knowledge / use of this set goes to Pokeaimmd)

no butter (Mewtwo) @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Substitute / Earthquake
- Psycho Cut
- Bulk Up

I originally planned on either making a team based around / including either Mewtwo-X or Y, but I couldn't decide until I tested both and realized how similar Mewtwo-Y is to just normal Mewtwo. This set is one I saw on one of Blame Truth's old Showdown videos, and I was surprised by how effective it was as a physical sweeper. This thing has a monstrous base 190 attack, and with a respectable 100 base defense / Sp. Defense, it can sweep effectively while using Drain Punch to be a Psuedo-tank. I want to maintain Bulk Up at all costs because it is the only setup on the team (besides Geomancy, but that doesn't count in my opinion with the Power Herb set), but I have had some trouble with Aegislash and status abusers. I usually run Sub, but without EQ Aegislash tramples on you, and considering a lot of them are carrying Toxic / Kings Shield / ? / ? nowadays, Aegislash is a real threat that needs to be eliminated before sending this guy out.

blueberry biscuit (Aegislash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Iron Head
- Shadow Sneak
- Toxic
- King's Shield

Aegislash is my defensive wall / Xerneas check. This Mon's versatility is unmatched, and with this unorthodox spread, it catches a lot of people off guard. Even with 0 Sp. Def EVs, a Modest +2 Moonblast from a Xerneas only does ~half when in Shield form, which gives you time to get Leftovers recovery, and Toxic it. If you catch it on the switch in, you can get a toxic and Iron Head off leaving it with only a couple turns left in which you can sac Aegislash and kill it in the process, or get lucky with King's Shields and have Aegislash as death fodder.

paper plate (Giratina) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Rest / Talk Giratina is one of my favorite Special walls this gen. It has good typing to resist or take neutral damage to most physical attacks, and Will-O-Wisp is effective at making this thing un-moveable for the most part. Rest / Talk takes care of slow whittling damage that would result in 3, 4, or 5HKO's and so on, and Status abusers. High Sp. Def + Sleep Talk also makes Giratina a reliable switch in versus Darkrai aswell, despite 2x weakness to Dark. A couple common threats I see are Specs Palkia and Dialga. Specs Palkia's Spacial Rend nearly OHKO's rendering you death fodder unless there is an opening to rest later. Dialga also does the same, with Roar of Time / Draco, while also walling Giratina considerably.

snack boldly(tm) (Deoxys-Attack) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Psycho Boost
- Extreme Speed
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch Fire Punch

Almost nothing can switch into a Deoxys-A attack. It's speed and power are incredible, but it's the definition of glass cannon, and any one attack will usually OHKO. Deo-A serves as my secondary lead, if I see an opposing lead that my Pineco won't have a fun time with. The momentum that this mon can swing in your favor is really helpful, considering how fast paced and offensive Ubers generally is. I used to run Ice Punch for non-scarfed Lando-T leads, but Psycho Boost is nearly as effective at OHKO'ing, and isn't effected by intimidate.

Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 240 HP / 252 SAtk / 16 Spd
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psyshock

The ultimate dragon move / darkrai switch-in. Countless times I've switched into an Outrage or a scarfed dragon move and won the game based off this things ridiculous set up. Because of it's troll-y base speed, 16 Speed EVs to outspeed other uninvested / barely invested base 100s. HP Fire for common threats, Scizor, Aegislash, Ferrothorn, etc.

I'm really not sure how your aegislash manages to check xerneas, seeing as most xerneas carry hp fire.
You switch in on the turn it geomancies. So, apporpriate calc is
+2 252+ SpA Xerneas Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Aegislash-Shield: 204-242 (62.9 - 74.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
And,
0 Atk Aegislash-Shield Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Xerneas: 104-126 (22.8 - 27.6%) -- 60.4% chance to 4HKO

So, even if you toxic xerneas is going to have plenty of time to sweep your team. I'd suggest changing it to the standard aegislash, especially since you didn't mention what the defense ev's are for.

You also lack a decent answer to the ekiller, since Giratina is 2hkoed(I don't know how to spell).

+2 252+ Atk Arceus Shadow Claw vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Giratina: 272-320 (53.9 - 63.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Aegislash is as well

+2 252+ Atk Arceus Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Aegislash-Shield: 268-316 (82.7 - 97.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

This is a huge problem, considering that the ekiller is one of the best pokemon in the metagame. Also, you appear to lack a solid answer to ho-oh.

I'd suggest making deoxys's-a the lead, giving it a sash, and your preferred hazards+whatever coverage you want. Also, get rid of pineco, as it can easily be taken down with things like taunt, status and phazing. Replace pineco with landorus-t/gliscor/groudon, which will help you against the ekiller, and make choice zekrom hate it's life. It will also give you a more solid answer to ho-oh. If you want, one of these can also give you stealth rock, which means deoxys only needs to have spikes. Remember to keep up the pressure against opposing teams, to prevent them from defogging.

I have a feeling that better players will probably criticise my first full rate, so try and make these changes. Have fun.
