Nasty Plot Tornadus-Therian's role in OU is being a specialized balance breaker, with even the bulkiest teams falling to both withstand its attacks, its coverage and failing to make permanent damage thanks to its ability Regenerator. Bleakwind Storm is used over Hurricane for both its accuracy and chance to slow down faster opponents. Heat Wave is used to hit Steel-types like Gholdengo and Corviknight. Grass Knot can be used to tie to the ground heavy soldiers like Ting Lu, Dondozo and Garganacl. Focus Blast is aimed to use Blissey, Hisuian Samurott and Kingambit as bowling pins, while also retaining strong hits against Ting Lu and Garganacl. Knock Off can be used as a more passive yet safer way to deal permanent damage to defensive cores, which, combined with hazard stacking tactics, can be very hard for defensive teams to answer. Additional options include Dark Pulse, with Tera Dark you can exorcize Dragapult, Pecharunt and Gholdengo, while also nuking Galarian Slowking out of the planet. Tera Ground Tera Blast can be used to have an accurate and safe way to blow up all Steel, and Fire-types like Ceruledge and Heatran, alongside the aforementioned Galarian Slowking and Garganacl. This also has the perk of turning the tables against Raging Bolt and its terrifying Thunderclap, all at the cost of your Tera and a moveslot. Life Orb is the recommended item thanks to its power boost and its loss of health drawback being partially nullified with Regenerator. But Heavy-Duty Boots are a great option to avoid all hazard damage. For Terastalization recommendations we have Tera Steel, because it resists Rock, Ice, Psychic and Dragon-type moves, this is important because a lot of the pokemon that are faster than Tornadus-Therian like Dragapult, Weavile, Deoxys-Speed and Zamazenta carry these. While Tera Flying is used to boost its main STAB.

This set lives in offense teams that want a force of nature that can almost single-handedly destroy bulky balances. This means that Pokémon that benefit from seeing these walls gone appreciate the help from the wind genie. Examples of this are Iron Moth who loves watching enemies number 1 and 2 Ting Lu and Galarian Slowking perish. The former can free both Raging Bolt and Gholdengo from a major roadblock, while the latter benefits Iron Valiant. Both Kingambit and Dragonite love watching all of Moltres, Galarian Weezing, Great Tusk and Dondozo being afraid of Bleakwind Storm, Corviknight and Skarmory of Heat Wave, all of them gone means they can freely spam moves to their heart's content. The biggest problem for Tornadus-Therian is that in exchange for being so good against the defense metagame, it is terrible into the offensive one. With Dragapult, Weavile, Deoxys-Speed, Meowscarada and Zamazenta being naturally faster and all pack powerful moves against it. While Iron Valiant, a common speed control, can also pack Thunderbolt. While normally beating Ogerpon-Wellspring, if It's willing to use terastalization, it can very easily trade with Ivy Cudgel. And finally, Scizor and Raging Bolt have super effective STAB priority moves to strike the skies down. Special mention goes to Zapdos, who's one of the few defensive pokemon that can scare Tornadus-Therian away. This is where the offensive pokemon that Tornadus-T have helped come back to return the favor. Iron Moth has STAB Fiery Dance to melt Weavile and Meowscarada, Sludge Wave for Ogerpon-W, and Dazzling Gleam for Dragapult and Zamazenta. Iron Valiant can also make all of them disappear thanks to its devastating Moonblast. Kingambit can go against the aforementioned Dragapult as well as Weavile and Deoxys-Speed. Dragonite helps the cause with its powerful Extreme Speed, scaring away Ogerpon-W and Iron Valiant. Raging Bolt resists both Zapdos's STABS so it can be used as a point of entry to cause havoc. If using Knock Off, pair it with both hazard users and extra Knock Off users to help wear down the enemy team. Hisuian-Samurott is an excellent partner since it has both moves and can also answer pokemon like Dragapult and Deoxys-Speed, and in return, Tornadus-T gets rid of Galarian Weezing, Ogerpon-W and the metal birds. Clefable has Knock Off too and can use extra tools like STAB Moonblast and Thunder Wave, allowing Tornadus-T to outspeed faster pokemon, allowing it to unleash its wrath, Clefable also appreciates having steels and Galarian Slowking out of the way. Zamazenta can come in on Scizor while also drawing priority moves aimed at Tornadus-Therian like Kingambit's Sucker Punch, Weavile's Ice Shard and Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Gholdengo can also do this outside of Kingambit's Sucker Punch, and Landorus-T exchanges its inability to take on Weavile for the ability to take on Raging Bolt, bonus points for having U-turn, baiting in Ogerpon-W, Dondozo and the metal birds. In return, Tornadus-Therian can help destroy the aforementioned metal birds, opposing Gholdengo, Galarian Slowking and the occasional Okidogi used to check Zamazenta.

Nasty Plot Tornadus-Therian's Tornadus-T's role in OU is being a specialized balance breaker, with even the bulkiest teams falling to both withstand its attacks, its coverage and failing to make permanent damage thanks to its ability Regenerator. Bleakwind Storm is used over Hurricane for both its accuracy and chance to slow down faster opponents. (No need to mention this. If you do, is because you are also going to explain why Hurricane might be used. I would just remove this part.) Heat Wave is used to hit Steel-types like Gholdengo, Kingambit, Iron Crown, (They are all important targets so worth mentioning them) and Corviknight. (Please be a bit more specific with what you mean here, remember the reader may not understand that you are talking about Boot) Additional options include Dark Pulse, with Tera Dark you can exorcize Dragapult, Pecharunt and Gholdengo, while also nuking Galarian Slowking out of the planet. (Please reword this in a more formal way. Its worth nothing that Heat Wave is stronger vs Gholdengo, so I would remove that part or at least make it clear that as you retain the ability to hit it and Iron Crown; Tera Dark is important cause it lets you OHKO Pivot Galarian Slowking) Tera Ground Tera Blast can be used to have an accurate and safe way to blow up all Steel, and Fire-types like Ceruledge and Heatran, alongside the aforementioned Galarian Slowking and Garganacl. This also has the perk of turning the tables against Raging Bolt and its terrifying Thunderclap, all at the cost of your Tera and a moveslot. (I would change the order of these two sentences, as Bolt is the big one) Life Orb is the recommended item thanks to its power boost and its loss of health drawback being partially nullified with Regenerator. (To illustrate the power you could mention a calc like threatening to OHKO Gliscor after a Nasty Plot) But Heavy-Duty Boots are a great option to avoid all hazard damage. (This is borderline type chart information. Be a bit more specific with the moves that you resist) While Tera Flying is used to boost its main STAB. (Any important calcs here?)

A defensive merit of Tera Dark is also warranted. You for example resist Sucker Punch.

This set lives in offense (It also exists, and is most common, on Bulky Offense and Balance) teams that want a force of nature that can almost single-handedly destroy bulky balances. This means that Pokémon that benefit from seeing these walls gone appreciate the help from the wind genie. Examples of this are Iron Moth who loves watching enemies number 1 and 2 Ting Lu and Galarian Slowking perish. Dragonite helps the cause with its powerful Extreme Speed, scaring away Ogerpon-W and Iron Valiant. Raging Bolt resists both Zapdos's STABS so it can be used as a point of entry to cause havoc. (This really hard to read. You for example mention Iron Moth all the way at the start in one sentence, then in the next sentence, then towards the end. I recommend rewording this if possible. Iron Moth, iron Valiant, and Dragonite are not particularly common partners. For the offensive Pokemon I would instead focus on Kingambit, Zamazenta like you did below, and also Ogerpon-W; note that the latter can overwhelm shared checks to both it and Tornadus-T such as Raging Bolt and Zapdos.) If using Knock Off, (Not needed to pair it with these Pokemon) pair it with both hazard users Stealth Rock and Spikes users and extra Knock Off users to help wear down the enemy team. Hisuian-Samurott is an excellent partner since it has both moves due to its access to both Ceaseless Edge and Knock Off, and can also answer pokemon like Dragapult and Deoxys-Speed, and in return, Tornadus-T gets rid of Galarian Weezing, Ogerpon-W and the metal birds. and Corviknight. Clefable has Knock Off (and Stealth Rock?) too and can use extra tools like STAB Moonblast and Thunder Wave, allowing Tornadus-T to outspeed faster pokemon, allowing it to unleash its wrath, Clefable also appreciates having steels and Galarian Slowking out of the way. Zamazenta can come in on Scizor while also drawing priority moves aimed at Tornadus-Therian like Kingambit's Sucker Punch, Weavile's Ice Shard (Weavile can Axel) and Dragonite's Extreme Speed. (Really hard to read. Try to separate this in multiple sentence as to convey one idea at the time, rather than multiple at once. Info is a bit weird here since Gholdengo also doesnt want to take on Weavile, and Landorus-T is not a very common partner) In return, Tornadus-Therian can help destroy the aforementioned metal birds, opposing Gholdengo, Galarian Slowking and the occasional Okidogi used to check Zamazenta.

- Mention bulkier partners, particularly those that can deal with Zapdos and Raging Bolt such as Ting-Lu in the case of both, on Garganacl in the case of the former.
- Since you might be running Life Orb, partners that can keep Stealth Rock off the field are also good, such as Great Tusk, Iron Treads, Corviknight, and Galarian Weezing, the former 2 being able to check Raging Bolt.
- A lot of the text in the second paragraph makes it sound like Tornadus-T beats Galarian Slowking, but it does not usually in one-on-ones, requiring an extra turn of set up as Galarian Slowking switches in or burning Tera Steel / Ground / Dark and getting a free turn.
