[OVERVIEW]
*Often being regarded as one of the best offensive threats in the metagame, Floatzel cements itself as a terrifying wallbreaker thanks to its impressive stats, solid movepool, and nigh unmatched Speed tier.
* With both a great Attack and Special Attack stat, Floatzel can be quite a customizable threat especially when considering its expansive movepool containing the likes of Liquidation, Ice Punch, and Low Kick on the physical side and Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, and Focus Blast on the other offensive spectrum. Status moves such as Taunt and Bulk Up also aid Floatzel in breaking through some of its defensive checks as well.
* Floatzel's amazing Speed stat enables it to threaten out nearly every other offensive Pokemon in the tier, even outpacing certain Choice Scarf users such as Abomasnow alongside threats such as Raichu, Rapidash, and Kadabra.
* Water Veil also ensures that physical sets cannot be crippled by burn, while Swift Swim provides rain teams a great special attacker that can outspeed the entire boosted metagame under the rain.
* While Floatzel is capable of running quite a number of sets, it often can succumb to wanting to run all these options all at once, as certain defensive threats such as Pyukumuku and Mareanie can handle sets lacking Taunt, while other Pokemon such as Assault Vest Kecleon and Silvally-Water being able to take on specially offensive sets.
* Floatzel's power can oftentimes be somewhat lacking without the use of a Choice item, Z-move, or damage boosting item such as a Life Orb as well, requiring the aforementioned items to break through the more sturdier walls in the tier.

Moves
========
* Ice Punch is great coverage which can hit the Grass- and Dragon-types that would like to switch into Floatzel's main STAB option, with specific targets being Gourgeist-Super, Altaria, and Silvally-Dragon.
* Low Kick offer Floatzel the ability to target certain threats such as Abomasnow, Silvally-Water, and Lickilicky for more damage. Brick Break may be used instead as a more consistent damage option, however it trades the potential power against more heavier foes that Low Kick may be more effective against.
* Switcheroo is a great support option that can disrupt incoming defensive threats from coming in such as Bronzor, Mareanie, and Gourgeist-Super, rendering them effectively useless when acquiring a Choice Band.

Set Details
========
* A Choice Band provides Floatzel the power to muscle through most defensive threats in the tier, only allowing a few amount of Pokemon such as Mareanie, Silvally-Water, and Gourgeist-Super from avoiding the 2HKO from any of its moves.
* Water Veil grants Floatzel the ability in being immune to the burn status, allowing it to freely switch in against the likes of Mareanie without repercussion.

Usage Tips
========
* Floatzel is meant to act as a wallbreaker which can punch holes through the opponent's defensive cores by mainly using its STAB move. To facilitate this, Floatzel should be brought in through the use of slow pivoting or double switchins in order to ensure it does not get worn down too quickly due to frail bulk.
* Coverage moves should be used to counter predicted switchins such as using Ice Punch on an incoming Gourgeist-Super or Low Kick on SIlvally-Water. The weakening of the aforementioned threats can help Floatzel tear through the opposing team much more easily as a result.
* Be careful of common Choice Scarf users such as Electivre, Rapidash, and Mr.Mime, as they can all threaten to revenge kill Floatzel if it chooses to stay in thinking it will outspeed them.
* Even though Floatzel would prefer keeping its Choice Band, Switcheroo can be used to cripple incoming defensive threats such as Pyukumuku and Lickilicky.

Team Options
========
* Specially offensive wallbreakers such as Mr.Mime, Abomasnow, and Chatot appreciate Floatzel's ability to break through common specially defensive walls such as Licklicky, Altaria, and Bronzor. The aforementioned partners can help take care of checks to Floatzel in return such as Gourgeist-S, Mareanie, and Silvally-Water.
* Entry hazard support from the likes of Crustle, Golem, and Bronzor enables Floatzel to break through its checks much more easier.
* Partners that can help handle Electric- and Grass-types that can threaten Floatzel such as Electivire, Abomasnow, and Rotom-F. Good examples include Zebstrika, Altaria, and Rapidash. Floatzel can help take out the Ground- and Rock-types that can potentially threaten the previously mentioned partners.
* Teammates that share similar checks such as Combusken and Swanna can help apply offensive pressure to the opposing Pokemon that are meant to take them on.

Moves
========
* Bulk Up enables FLoatzel to break through sturdier walls such as Gourgeist-S, Licklicky, and Bronzor. The raise in its Defense also makes it harder to revenge kill from opposing offensive threats.
* Low Kick targets Floatzel's checks such as Silvally-Water and Abomasnow. It is the preffered fighting coverage of choice due to most of the desired targets being heavy, maximizing its damage option compared to more inconsistent options such as Focus Punch. It also fires off a powerful Z-Move when paired with Fightinium Z, OHKOIng targets such as Licklicky and Electrivre without needing to boost its Attack.
* Ice Punch is another coverage option that hits Grass-types such as Gourgeist-S, Tangela, and Leafeon. It can also be paired with Icium Z to blow past two former aforementioned examples after a Bulk Up boost.

Set Details
========
* Fightinium Z allows Floatzel to break throuh would be checks such as Silvally-Water and LIcklicky more reliably. It can also be useful against certain targets where Low Kick would output less damage due to their weight.
* Icium Z can be used to lure in counters such as Gourgeist-S and Tangela, relying less on Bulk Up boosts to OHKO the aforementioned threats.
* Water Veil has use in preventing Floatzel from being burned from the likes of Marenie and Gourgeist-S, something really important for a physical attacker.

Usage Tips
========
* Floatzel can either be used early-game to weaken walls for its partners or sweep lategame with a Bulk Up boost under its belt when its checks have been worn down appropriately.
* Floatzel should set up when forcing switch outs, as its meager defenses prevents it from relying attaining boosts from even defensive threats without being heavily worn down.
* The Z-Move of choice should only be utilized when Floatzel is unable to acheive an OHKO versus an opposing threat without the powerr boost. Good examples would be against a fully health Silvally-Water and Gourgeist-S when equipped with an Fightinium Z or Icium Z respectively.
* Floatzel appreciates coming in via the pivoting support of its partners due to its low defenses, so don't be too hasty in bringing it in as Floatzel can be weakened down as a result.

Team Options
========
* Offensive partners that can capitalize on Floatzel's ability to wear down walls such as Licklicky, Probopass, and Altaria are all greatly appreciated. Good examples include Mr. Mime, Raichu, and Chatot.
