In Sand, Alolan Dugtrio becomes a dangerous wallbreaker thanks to Sand Force boosting its STAB attacks and Stone Edge, but becomes rather weak outside of it. Due to this, Alolan Dugtrio's viability in the tier is highly reliant on Gigalith in order to create turns where it can deal damage under Sand. However even with Sand Force boosting it attacks, it doesn't even come close to OHKOing Doublade and Rhyperior with Earthquake.
Alolan Dugtrio does possess an amazing Speed tier that lets it outpace Cobalion, Heliolisk, and Darmanitan. Stone Edge is vital coverage for handling Noivern and in Sand, will 2HKO Golisopod and OHKO Araquanid. Sucker Punch is Alolan Dugtrio's only way to deal any meaningful damage to Bronzong, while also being decent enough priority to pick off the likes of Espeon and Polteageist. However even with Sand Force boosting it attacks, it doesn't even come close to OHKOing Doublade and Rhyperior. Choice Band is a viable option for an item as it increases Alolan Dugtrio's damage output while assisting in its longevity, but due to Alolan Dugtrio's coverage and lack of turns to utilize Sandstorm, it prefers the freedom of using multiple moves in order to capitalize on Sandstorm.

Gigalith is completely mandatory for Alolan Dugtrio as its entire niche derives off of Sand existing on the field. Gigalith can set up Stealth Rock to apply hazard chip and can even Toxic some of Alolan Dugtrio's checks such as Rhyperior, Tsareena, and Araquanid. Gigalith can even run a Smooth Rock to extend Sandstorm for Alolan Dugtrio albeit this removes the benefits of Leftovers's passive recovery. Alolan Dugtrio is a significantly frail Pokemon and often requires pivots to get it onto the field successfully. Heliolisk and Rotom-W are notable for handling bulky Water-types such as Milotic and Vaporeon and getting Alolan Dugtrio in via Volt Switch. Heliolisk absorbs any Water-type moves whereas Rotom-W can use them as set up fodder. Since Alolan Dugtrio cannot perform the roles of a traditional Steel-type, Escavalier and Doublade are able to type stack while checking Haxorus and Cobalion which makes Alolan Dugtrio's job all the more easier. Roserade is accountable for being able to handle Grass-types like Tsareena and Rotom-C that threaten Alolan Dugtrio and can also set Spikes for more hazard stacking.

Alolan Dugtrio's viability stems off of the existence of Gigalith in the tier. Duggy is definitely niche but this sentence feels a bit out of place and clunky. I'd slot something similar to this after the 'wallbreaker' sentence, though also make it sound a bit more cohesive for analysis flow. In Sand, Alolan Dugtrio becomes a dangerous wallbreaker thanks to Sand Force boosting its STAB attacks and Stone Edge, but becomes rather weak outside of it. Alolan Dugtrio does have an amazing Speed tier that lets it outpace Cobalion, Heliolisk, and non Scarf (no need to mention this) Darmanitan. Stone Edge is vital coverage for handling Noivern and in Sand, will 2HKO Golisopod and OHKO Araquanid. Sucker Punch is Alolan Dugtrio's only way to deal any meaningful damage to Bronzong, while also being decent enough priority to pick off the likes of Flygon and Poltergeist I'd find a different example than Flygon, which isn't even 2HKOed by Sucker Punch. However even with Sand Force boosting it attacks, it doesn't even come close to OHKOing Doublade and Rhyperior. This sentence seems out of place and as if it's referencing the move Sucker Punch. I'd either remove it or find a place in the overview to cohesively fit it.

Add Choice Band as an option for further boosting Dugtrio's power without cutting into its longevity, though mention the clear drawback in its inability to switch moves.

Gigalith is completely mandatory for Alolan Dugtrio as its entire niche derives off of Sand existing on the field. Gigalith can even run a Smooth Rock to extend Sandstorm for Alolan Dugtrio albeit this removes the benefits of Leftovers's passive recovery. Add here that Gigalith can further support Dugtrio with Stealth Rock and potentially Toxic for wearing down its checks. Alolan Dugtrio is a significantly frail Pokemon and often requires pivots to get it onto the field successfully. Heliolisk and Rotom-W are notable for handling bulky Water-types and getting Alolan Dugtrio in via Volt Switch. This section could use some more substance, so provide a more extensive sentence on means of breaking down Water-types. Specific examples of some Rotom-W checks would be particularly helpful. Since Alolan Dugtrio cannot perform the roles of a traditional Steel-type, Escavalier and Doublade are able to type stack while checking Haxorus and Cobalion which makes Alolan Dugtrio's job all the more easier.

Add some examples of strong wallbreakers capable of weakening the opposing team for Duggy to clean up. A line on Grass-type checks could also be beneficial due to Dugtrio's shaky matchup against Pokemon like Tsareena and Rotom-C.

Mention this stuff about revenging faster threats first before the Bronzong comment because that's the main reason for it than hitting Zong. Also specify Poltea after a Shell Smash. However even with Sand Force boosting it attacks, it doesn't even come close to OHKOing Doublade and Rhyperior. Gigalith is completely This is a GP thing but you don't need this mandatory for Alolan Dugtrio as its entire niche derives off of Sand existing on the field. Gigalith can set up Stealth Rock to apply hazard chip and can even Toxic some of Alolan Dugtrio's checks such as Rhyperior, Rhyperior isn't an ideal check to Alolan Duggy, it just lives a hit but you're never really using it as the response. use another example Tsareena, and Araquanid. Gigalith can even run a Smooth Rock to extend Sandstorm for Alolan Dugtrio albeit this removes the benefits of Leftovers's passive recovery. Irrelevant to this analyses, just mention the Smooth Rock stuff in the line before. Mention wallbreakers that help it sweep. You mention how it struggles to touch Bronzong so list some stuff that breaks this and other shit it struggles with. SD Incin, Darm, etc.
