[SET]
Fluffy (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Fluffy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Smack Down / Taunt
[SET COMMENTS]
Fluffy makes Landorus-T a decent defensive pivot that can take hits from physical attackers such as Slither Wing, Kingambit, and Ursaluna. Stealth Rock + Smack Down makes Landorus-T a decent entry hazard setter against Corviknight, the most common hazard removal option; Smack Down also ensures that Talonflame can't use Landorus-T as setup fodder. Taunt can also be used to deny recovery to Corviknight and Scream Tail and setup opportunities to foes, such as Talonflame and Roaring Moon. Landorus-T best fits on balance and bulky offense teams, where it can provide defensive support against the aforementioned physical attackers. Common defensive Pokemon such as Corviknight, Hisuian Goodra, and Scream Tail are good teammates that can switch into Pokemon that threaten Landorus-T, such as Chien-Pao, Zapdos, and Quaquaval; Scream Tail can also provide Wish support. Landorus-T struggles to beat offensive Pokemon one-on-one, but its ability to safely pivot into teammates benefits fast offensive Pokemon such as Iron Moth, Greninja, and Chien-Pao.
