This is my first RMT so bare with me, you judgmental Bastiodons.
The modern good OU team is categorized by the following: Priority, Rapid Spin/Defog, Rotom-W, Talonflame, sometimes a Mega, Entry Hazards, and other shenanigans. I am going to be using none of these except Entry Hazards while still being successful. Something that modern OU teams lack is creativity, and that is what I am trying to do here. I have put together a team of random Pokemon that I made on PS for the lolz. At the time of making this team, I was just screwing around and wanted to use some Pokemon that I had never really used before. Only 2 of the Pokemon on my team are in OU, while the others are UU/NU. Despite this, my team performs surprisingly well due to the sheer surprise and unpredictability of its members. I can assure you I have battled with this team dozens of times, so I have learned its weaknesses and strengths. Most OU players underestimate my team, because it makes me appear as a n00b, and at the end of the day, I am a n00b, and that is what makes this team so bloody fun.
Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
Moves:
-U-Turn
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Superpower
All decent teams need a decent lead, and this is what this fine looking tiger is. I used to use Genesect, but I decided that Genesect didn’t have enough swagger for my style. Landorus-T is such an amazing lead. Some people foolishly taunt it thinking it will set up Stealth Rocks, and then get blasted by an Earthquake, or a U-Turn of course. This cute little sky god is the speedster of my team, and is generally used for that purpose; going fast. Landorus-T has amazing synergy with the rest of my team thanks to its ground immunity, Intimidate, electric immunity, and high speed. I run Adamant over Jolly cuz more damage and stuff.
Chesnaught @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 SpD/ 252 Hp/ 4 Atk
Careful Nature
Moves:
-Spikes
-Wood Hammer
-Hammer Arm
-Synthesis
Chesnaught is an extremely underrated pokemon. He is able to counter Rotom-W, which is a valuable asset to any Pokemon. Although he is burn bait, he is able to heavily weaken Rotom-W so someone else can finish it off. Chesnaught completely walls Gengars lacking Dazzling Gleam, special variants of Mega-Lucario, and various other pokemon. His Dual-STAB combo hits many OU pokemon for SE damage, and despite the lack of investment in attack, he still hits fairly hard. Chesnaught also can set up spikes to wear down the opponent’s team, and heal with Synthesis when needed. He also is a hedgehog with a chestnut on his back.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Hp/ 252 SpD/ 4 SpAtk
Calm Nature
Moves:
-Stealth Rock
-Magma Storm
-Earth Power
-Will-O-Wisp
Heatran really pulls the team together. Fire/Steel is a brilliant defensive typing, and specially-defensive Heatran is simply amazing. Heatran gets to set up Stealth Rock almost every match, and he doesn’t just stop there. Will-O-Wisp punishes any physical attackers who dare switch in, whom Heatran commonly attracts. Magma Storm is being used over Fire Blast simply because of the trapping-factor. Magma Storm lets Heatran slowly wear down walls like Mandibuzz who only come in to use Knock Off or Defog and leave. Earth Power is useful for when Magma Storm isn’t going to be doing anything. One of the best parts of Heatran is that he counters Talonflame, who he can also trap with Magma Storm.
Furfrou @ Leftovers
Ability: Fur Coat
EVs: 252 Hp/ 252 SpD/ 4 Def
Careful Nature
Moves:
-Cotton Guard
-Return
-Thunderwave
-Roar
One day I thought it would be funny if I used Furfrou for the lulz as a defensive wall. And I was very surprised, as Furfrou is actually very good at shuffling and spreading paralysis to the opposing team. Now despite what one might think, Furfrou actually is a threatening physical wall thanks to Cotton Guard and Fur Coat. After a single Cotton Guard, Furfrou has a titanic defense stat of 780! Along with his decent special bulk, Furfrou has an easy time shuffling the opponent’s team with Roar. As a testament on how amazing Furfrou’s defense is, here are some calculations of some of OU’s strongest physical attacks:
252 Atk Adaptability Mega Lucario Close Combat vs. +3 252 HP / 4 Def Fur Coat Furfrou: 172-204 (48.5 - 57.6%) -- 47.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Choice Band Talonflame Flare Blitz vs. +3 252 HP / 4 Def Fur Coat Furfrou: 71-84 (20 - 23.7%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Outrage vs. +3 252 HP / 4 Def Furfrou: 159-187 (44.9 - 52.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
As you can see, Furfrou is perfectly capable of surviving a blow form these pokemon and retaliating with a Thunderwave or a Roar. The best part is that no OU player knows what to expect from this thing because nobody uses it. #FluffyDogeOP
Rhyperior @ Assault Vest
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Hp/ 252 SpD/ 4 Atk
Adamant Nature
Moves:
-Earthquake
-Rock Blast
-Megahorn
-Power-up Punch
Assault Vest Rhyperior is something I decided to use just because I thought it would be cool. And it is cool. In conjunction with Solid Rock, Rhyperior can now survive some attacks he previously never could. When counting in Assault Vest, Rhyperior has 115/130/108 bulk, which is simply amazing. Rhyperior can even boost its attack with Power-up Punch to make it a fearsome tank. Earthquake is the main STAB, and is the most commonly used. Rock Blast is used over Stone Edge because of better accuracy and doing about the same damage generally speaking. Megahorn OHKOs Mega-Absol and bulky Psychics that Earthquake can’t. With the Assault Vest, Rhyperior can survive even some decently powerful Water/Grass moves! For example, a Charizard-Y’s Solarbeam always fails to OHKO while Rhyperior lols in Charizard’s face with Rock Blast.
Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptibility
EVs: 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Hp
Modest Nature
Moves:
-Nasty Plot
-Tri Attack
-Dark Pulse
-Agility
Porygon-Z is my all-time favorite Pokemon, and has so much more swagger than the special attackers of OU. He has always been a ridiculously powerful attacker, and this generation is no different. Tri Attack and Dark Pulse complement each other well, only being resisted by a handful of Pokemon (While almost all of the Pokemon that resist this combo are in OU, they are all defeated by the majority of my team). The main feature of this heavily drugged duck is that it is running Nasty Plot and Agility on the same set. While normally this would be frowned upon, it actually is quite effective. The rest of my team already counters the Pokemon that threaten P-Z, so once they have been removed, I simply choose which boost is appropriate, and proceed to sweep. P-Z can easily defeat Aegislash 1 on 1 with Dark Pulse since it is immune to Shadow Sneak, and only takes up to 60% from an un-boosted Sacred Sword.

This team isn't the greatest, and it isn't supposed to be. However, it is hilarious to watch even the best of players struggle against the unpredictability of this team, and so many matches end up being very close, thus always making good battles. I really just wanted to share this team with everyone, but I'm open to opinions, suggestions, ect. :)
