Overall, looks great
There is one thing that I personally think is worth having as a bullet point: Icy wind enables pao to bypass toxic debris and break the opposing glimm's sash, while allowing a suitable special attacker (Lando, Ghold, EP Glimm, etc., all of which are common teammates for icy pao) to finish it off and avoid the debris entirely.
Similarly, it can drop a ninetales-a's speed allowing a slower mon to finish it off and prevent veil being setup.
That kind of interaction I think is a substantial part of icy pao's strength and worth detailing as it gives pao a way to work around some of its tougher matchups when partnered appropriately
