* Malignant Chain can threaten common Fairy- and Grass-type Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Ogerpon-W. Its high poison chance can also wear down bulky Pokemon without relying on Curse.
* Curse lets Pecharunt whittle down any foe behind Substitute regardless of typing, including Registeel and SubSeed Ogerpon-W.
* The combination of Parting Shot and Recover lets Pecharunt neutralize virtually all non-Taunt, neutrally effective attackers like non-Clear Amulet Gouging Fire and non-Choice Specs Primarina while keeping itself healthy.
* The Speed investment lets Pecharunt outspeed neutral-natured base 60 Speed Pokemon like Primarina and Maximum investment base 50 Speed Pokemon like Donphan and Ursaluna. The remaining investment is in HP and Defense for maximum bulk for powerful Ground-type attackers like Assault Vest Landorus-T.
* Air Balloon prevents an opposing Ground-type move from being used on Pecharunt once , which can completely shut down Choice-locked Ground-types like Choice Band Landorus-T and Choice Band Ursaluna or can provide an opportunity for a Parting Shot to be used on Pokemon like Assault Vest Ursaluna.
* Against SubSeed Ogerpon-W, Curse shouldn't be used until after Parting Shot to minimize the damage from Ivy Cudgel so that Curse can be used safely.
* Despite Air Balloon, Pecharunt still struggles with Ground-types like Landorus-I, Life Orb Landorus-T, and or Attack Booster Great Tusk, so pairing it with a Water- or Ice-type like Primarina or Chien-Pao can be helpful.

Just say non Clear Amulet Gouging, its more clear.

* Air Balloon prevents an opposing Ground-type move from being used on Pecharunt for 1 attack, which can completely shut down Choiced Ground-Types like Band or Scarf Landorus-T

Remove the Scarf Landot mention and replace it with Choice Band Ursaluna as Scarf Landot is pretty rare.

* Despite Air Balloon, Pecharunt still struggles with Ground-types like Landorus-I, Life Orb Landorus-T, or Swords Dance Rhyperior, so pairing with a Water- or Ice-type like Primarina or Iron Bundle can be helpful.

Replace the Iron Bundle mention with a more common Pokemon like Chien-Pao, Manaphy, or Kyurem. I also think replacing the Rhyperior mention with something like Great Tusk can work well.

* Against most Pokemon, Parting Shot should be used early to mitigate damage. (this bullet seems kinda pointless. you already have a point explaining Parting Shot perfectly and I think it's perfectly implied from the text that you should always Parting Shot against most Pokemon to lower damage output and use it alongside Recover to, well, recover said damage, i just don't see much reason behind this bullet.)
