Explanation
Starters: Its simple. Togekiss is pretty sturdy, and can take a couple of hits, while Breloom does one of the following: Sub/Focus/Spore. Either way, it'll be clear for Breloom to start Focusing the next turn or just using Seed Bomb, to be sure. With Poison Heal, he won't be losing much HP. Breloom is basically the heavy hitter, while Togekiss protects and prays it will last a coule of rounds.
Sidelines:Alakazam/Clefable is a bit gimmicky, in terms of tricking their items to a Pokemon with no real use to it, but it can work. And even if I can't pass it on to someone, a STAB'd Psychic with Choice Specs is pretty painful, as well as Facade.
