Not going to be much of a problem to win, just wondering how solid my team was

Lead:
Volcarona
Modest
252SpA/252Spe
Bug Buzz/Fiery Dance/Hurricane/Quiver Dance
Fire Gem

My reasoning behind leading with this is after watching some of my competetors play they always lead with their set-up guy. Considering the most common are Ferrothorn, Fortress, and Skarmory, a fire gem boosted FD can take them out quickly. Also, being able to take out their set up eliminates the need to have a rapid spinner and allows me to bring in my Volcarona saely later. And if they lead with a weather set up, I can use the turn they switch out with to set up a quiver dance.

Politoed
Choice Specs Set

Obviously just for the Drizzle set up, and it is also my only Ice coverage on my team

Landorus
Naive
252Att/252Spe
Earthquake/Stone Edge/U-turn/HP Ice

I lied, I also have HP Ice. So obviously, I just have Landorus here as a Ground/Rock coverage, really solid poke and I think finds it's niche on my team.

Celebi
Modest
252HP/252SpA
Giga Drain/Shadow Ball/HP Fire/Earth Power

So, bear with me here, I am always caught without a grass type move on my team, and 75% of the time it screws me over. Celebi on this team seemed like the most viable option. Great coverage, and a shadow ball I would otherwise not have on my team, I believe this fits well. As for my next option you may not be as forgiving.

Jirachi
Careful
252SpD/252HP
Body Slam/Fire Punch/Ironhead/Stealth Rock

Basically my only defender on a very offensive team, Jirchi is here to clean up, cause some annoying hacks, and maybe even set up some entry hazards after a revenge kill. I plan on using him very early, primarily against the opponents special sweeper. Wish has never really worked out for me so I'd rather not use it.

Dragonite
Adament
252Att/252Spe
Outrage/Hurricane/Extremespeed/Thunderpunch

My only electric coverage, revenge killing, neutral OHKOs. I have a million reasons to have Dragonite on here. The Hurricane abuse (my name) is basically my favorite thing. Dragonite is integral to this team

You know what would make this team really, really better? :D
By reading the rules and posting good descriptions and pictures. There's no way anyone can rate your team without knowing how it works, and you can't just post 'Choice Specs set' for its set ffs -.-

You have items listed on only two pokemon, which makes it difficult to tell exactly the purpose of each pokemon. I'll assume most of these are standard.

Fire Gem on Volcarona is rather strange (running Volcarona on a rain team is strange as well but could still work, if you're using it as a lead before politoed). Volcarona shouldn't be much issues dispatching Ferrothorn or Scizor, and the Fire Gem discourages you from using Fiery Dance liberally until either comes out (which, if you've already Quiver Danced, is unlikely). You'd probably be better off using Life Orb for better damage all-around.

Instead of Celebi, I'd recommend standard Ferrothorn. Celebi isn't offering much for your team - HP fire is a weak option in rain (it's only use would be hitting Ferrothorn and Forretress), and Ferrothorn is more effective at walling opponents with more resists and can set up Spikes or Stealth Rock. If you want to keep Celebi, consider HP Fighting rather than Fire - that way you can still hit Steels effectively and also get better coverage over dark types (like Hydreigon, who would easily switch in to any of Celebi's other moves). I'm assuming you're using Leftovers for bulk.

Your team doesn't have a lot of physical defense - to aid this you might want to use Landorus-Therian rather than Incarnate, as Intimidate works well with U-Turn. It's hard to tell what you want without an item. Seeing as it is mostly offensive, you'd want either Choice Scarf, Life Orb, or Expert Belt.

For Jirachi, the lack of Wish is rather odd, though if you don't wish to use it that's fine. Consider using Thunder instead of Body Slam, unless Grounds are giving you trouble. I'm assuming you'd want Leftovers for bulk.

Dragonite's set contains no bulk, a risky option to take. Without the item, it's difficult to tell exactly what to do with this set. If you use Leftovers, you may want to consider Roost instead of Extremespeed and more investment in bulk to abuse Multiscale. If you'd rather go purely offensive, then Lum Berry would probably work better to avoid burn or sleep.

I can see you're new to Smogon, so welcome! I'd recommend reading the rules for RMT and how to make an RMT to get an example of what this site expects. If you're newer to competitive battling, you might want to check out Battling 101.
