This Thread is here to provide trainers with pokemon that are competitive in the meta. The "Poor Trainer" tag is here because not most trainers can raise/breed/rng pokemon, and by not having elite pokes most can't acquire elite pokes. This thread will try to be very lenient with its trades.

I cannot clone, so most pokes are 1 of.
No blacklist members.
