Introduction
Hello there this is my first RMT so, please be gentle! I am trash, in LC and as in my name, I started playing again after my long break, so I decided to build a bulky offense team for the ORAS LC and return back to the LC community. Therefore, I made a team which is built around Croagunk which, in my opinion, is one of the best pokemon in LC and a big threat if you aren't ready for it. Also my grammar is horrible.

Teambuilding Process

The team built around it so, I needed some supports for it which I added the famous PorySpritz core and works amazingly with Croagunk.

Porygon helps with special offensive pokemon who threatens Croagunk, while Spritzee helps with physically offensive pokemon who threatens it, provides wish pass, and cures statuses. I wanted some momentum in this team so, the pokemons I chose was Magnemite and Larvesta.

Magnemite was chosen because I wanted a scarf user which is one of my favorite pokemon to slap a scarf on. Magnemite provides a fletch check, strong attacks if they switch out because of Analytic, and momentum from Volt Switch. Larvesta was chosen because I needed another physical offensive pokemon check. Larvesta provides burn from Flame Body and Will-O-Wisp, has self recovery, and momentum from U-Turn. Because of Larvesta who has 4x weakness to rocks, I needed a hazard remover who also had self recovery, decent bulk, and the ability to either rapid spin or defog which I first thought of Staryu who works because of my fire weakness.

Staryu had recovery from Recover, decent bulk with 30/55/55, rapid spin, and also provides burn with scald.

Descriptions

I chose Croagunk for the following reason because it is an amazing mixed utility. Croagunk's unique typing resists plenty of threats in the LC meta. Croagunk also has the ability to revenge kill Pawniard, Rock-type shell smashers, low HP or super effective pokemons, and broken sash users with Vacuum Wave. Croagunk also has the ability to beat the best defensive core: PorySpritz or FerroSpritz. Croagunk also has Dry Skin to recover from water moves, which can annoy Chinchou by switching around with Porygon who traces the Volt Absorb.
137.png

Porygon was chose because of the ability to check multiple specially offensive pokemons that threated Croagunk. It also provides team support with Thunder Wave to cripple pokemons that can sweep my team. Trace allows it to be more defensively by tracing Regenerator, Natural Cure, Volt Absorb, etc. Psychic is for evioliteless Fighting/Poison-type, Recover is used for reliable recovery and Tri Attack for STAB as I do not need coverage on Porygon, which also provides a low chance of freeze/paralysis/burn.
682.png

Spritzee has the ability to check Fighters because of it's fairy typing. It also is a great mixed wall mostly EV'ed in physical because I have Porygon as a special wall. Heal Bell is used to cure statuses which is a major problem in my team, Moonblast is for STAB which is
surprisingly stronger than you expect, and Wish is for reliable recovery because paired with protect it can always heal off of it. Wish also brings the recovery of Croagunk and Magnemite if needed and predicted correctly.
081.png

Magnemite is one of my two pivots to gain momentum. I chose scarf on Magnemite because I wanted something to be able to clean up if Croagunk is too low or dead. Analytic is chose to be able to dent switch-ins and has the ability to 2HKO most pokemons after the first attack. I gave HP [Ground] for Chinchou switch ins as it can 2HKO if evio and 3HKO if BJ unless BJ was used or knocked off. The spread I gave is different because usually people run modest for the extra special attack but I prefer timid and took some special attack off because 19 did not make a difference from 18.
636.png

Larvesta is the second of my two pivots. My moveset is the regular Flare Blitz/Morning Sun/U-Turn/Will-O-Miss. Flare Blitz and U-Turn are amazing STABs and U-Turn gives momentum. Morning Sun is for reliable recovery and Will-O-Wisp is for burn switch ins or stay ins if Flame Body did not burn the physical pokemon. I ran the extra bulk so I am able to switch in to common physical threats such as Pawniard, Mienfoo, etc. It also helps me as I am weak to Zigzagoon and able to live Extreme Speed if I still have evio intact and to burn it after living.
120.png

Staryu is my hazard remover. It also provides a Fire/Water core, Grass is not needed because of Magnemite or Croagunk, and since I was really weak to Fire I chose this as my spinner. I chose Psychic because it is able to 2HKO Foongus and Mienfoo after I knocked off eviolite, Rapid Spin is the remove hazards if needed or to break sturdy, Recover is for reliable recovery, and Scald is for STAB and lucky burns if needed. Staryu also hits 19 speed which is an amazing speed in LC but it ties with threats also.

Hi
I'm quite impressed by the quality of this squad, as it looks like it could be very difficult to break. Just a few quick things -
For Larvesta's spread, I don't see much use in tying with Pawniard, and going for the U-Turn against Chinchou seems awfully risky; furthermore, I would imagine a slow U-Turn to be quite beneficial for getting your Choice Scarf user in particular in safely. For these reasons, I feel like a much more defensive EV spread of 236 HP / 76 Atk / 156 Def / 36 Spe with an Impish nature would be more useful overall. This gives Larvesta the bulk to repeatedly switch in on Pawniard assuming Stealth Rock isn't up, which can be helpful because Croagunk is often worn down.
I feel like Zigzagoon teams could be troublesome for your team to deal with, as the immense offensive pressure they are able to maintain would likely allow them to prevent Staryu from managing to pull off a Rapid Spin, allowing Zigzagoon to muscle through either Larvesta or Magnemite. A simple solution to this would be to use the standard Choice Scarf Pawniard set over Magnemite; although it lacks Volt Switch, Pawniard's greater physical bulk will allow it to survive Zigzagoon's Extremespeed even after Spikes, and Pursuit is also useful for taking out LO variants of Abra and Gastly, both of who can break through Porygon after Stealth Rock.

- Iron Head
- Brick Break / Sucker Punch / Stealth Rock

That's all I have to say. Good work :)

Ok so I was gonna suggest what Levi said but he ninajed me by a good number of hours so I'll just mention my other thing
You're really weak to staryu + pumpkaboo cores so I'm gonna suggest Tbolt>tri attack on porygon. Staryu comes in on a lot of mons and can just spam scald or use psychic to nuke croagunk. Porygon traces natural cure and can tbolt it to death.
