i wanted to try random EVs and movesets for pokemons and i liked this one in hail

evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

probably best with abomasnow and a rapid spinner in team when i usually switch in i use confuse ray then thunderwave along with 30% evasion its annoying and usually makes me setup 3 spikes give it a try :D
