Full competitive team RMT

Uh.. This is kinda my 1st "actual" RMT if I can manage to even do this 1 right.. Well... here we go.

So, I don't really have a lead-out from what I read/confer, but This pokemon is most likely gonna be thrown out 1st.
Gliscor@Leftovers.
Jolly nature with 252Hp/216Spd/40Def ev spread.
Earthquake
Taunt
Roost
Stealth rock/Toxic
Now, EARTHQUAKE is a basic STAB. TAUNT is something that caught my eye. I put him at the lead because of the move taunt really. I find it very useful to mess up a lot of starting out pokemon strategy like stealth rock, SD, DD, etc. ROOST is to attempt to keep him in the game by restoring hp when needed. I don't really use roost because, She kinda faints before it. Getting Taunt up is mostly my primary goal. Now I really can't decide between STEALTH ROCK or TOXIC. I like Toxic because of it's effect, but if my Pokemon can't last for long then it really isn't any hep of mine. Stealth rock just basically hits a lot of OU Pokemon I see in my area hard, and that lets me take them out a lot faster.

Now any1 else coming out is basically just going to depend on what Pokemon is already out/what I predict is coming.

Salamence@choice specs.
Modest nature with 252SpA/252Spd/4Hp ev spread.
Draco meteor
Dragon pulse
Flamethrower
Hydro pump

The Water/Fire combo is for type coverage as a dragon type and because I like the idea of it. It's helped dominate the battle a lot of times for my team. This Salamence is basically my 1st special sweeper and the Smogon set-up for choice specs, although I've yet to grown a liking to all the choice items.

Infernape@Focus sash/Life orb.
Adamant nature with 252Atk/252Spd/4Hp ev spread.
Close combat
Thunder punch
Fire punch
Stone edge/Mach punch

Now this Ape is an all pyhsical ape. I don't favor the mixape's much. Now Close combat is his strongest STAB technique. I prefer Fire punch over Flare blitz due to the fact that Flare blitz causes recoil damage. Thunderpunch goes along with the Punch kinda thing and obliterates those OU Gyarados. Now Stone edge over Mach punch? I have no idea what to do here. I'd prefer Stonde edge for flying types that Thunder punch won't hurt, i.e Zapdos. But Mach punch is a priority move(I think) and can be used to knock out faster pokemon or be used to finish off a weakened pokemon instead of using CC, weakening my stats even further.

Gengar@life orb(suggestion?)
Timid nature with 252SpA/252Spd/4Hp ev spread.
Shadow ball
Thunderbolt
Focus blast
Taunt/Giga drain

My 2nd special sweeper. Shadow ball is for STAB. Thunderbolt is mostly for Gyarados(Every1 has 1 down here...) Focus blast is a must. Now Taunt is for when/if Gliscor's taunt runs out or if some1 suggest not even using Gliscor, then Gengar would pick up the taunt. But if Taunt shouldn't be there my 2nd choice was Giga drain for the Bulky Swampert out there and other ground types that arent weak to focus blast.

Now for the 2 walls basically. Blissey and Swampert

Blissey@leftovers.
Calm nature with 252Def/176SpD/80SpA.
Wish
Protect
Toxic/Thunderwave
Ice beam/Flamethrower/Seismic toss

Now my thing with this Blissey is that I kinda don't understand why all the remaining the evs should go into SpA insteand of Hp. Aren't you supposed to max out a Blssey's hp?.. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now I like the wish/protect technique Smogon was talking about, but I also lke the fact that I can switch out Blissey and give the wish effect to another pokemon needing hp. Now Toxic is also here incase Gliscor ends up with Stealth rock over toxic which might be more sensable, but I also like thunder wave because it stops the opponent in its tracks, giving me complete speed and possibly an imbolization in my favor. And I'm debating over the Fire/Ice thing. I don't see an Ice attack on my team, but Blissey isn't my special sweeper and I'm never really seen it doing any attacking. But I've seen Blisseys with Seismic toss. Maybe that?

And last but not least,

Swampert@Leftovers.
Impish nature with 252Hp/252Def/6Atk.
Earthquake
Avalanche
Waterfall
Roar

Earthquake is for STAB. Avalanche instead of an Ice punch because Swampert is pretty slow, giving the opponent a chance to attack him before he gets his turn. So Avalanche will get doubled in power. Waterfall instead of Stone edge because I feel a lack of water attacks in my team. Roar is their basically to play with my opponent/Get a huge threat to Swampert out of the way for awhile.

Well that's pretty much my team guys, uh.. If you don't post to help the team at least let me know how I did on the RMT part..

Your RMT looks good. I would add pictures just so it looks nicer though, it does help.

For your physical ape I don't see why you don't just use fire blast instead. Correct me if I'm wrong but it should be stronger than fire punch even with an adamant nature. So with that in mind I don't see any reason not to make it a mixed set unless you want to run swords dance. I would change it to a mixed set.

For Gengar I would get rid of taunt because it doesn't seem very useful. Gengar can barely take hits so he shouldn't really be trying to taunt things. Giga drain is good but I would consider explosion and HP fire as alternatives. HP fire lets you kill steel types and especially Scizor and explosion is just a really good all around move. Giga drain would be okay but overall not as good.

The reason Blissey doesn't need EVs in HP is because Blissey already has incredibly high HP. If you maximizied HP you would have something like 10% more HP which isn't really that useful. In fact the best defensive combination would probably be 252 Def / 252 SpD and a Bold nature. You put some EVs into SpA so Blissey can do some damage to things that it is supereffective against. Your Blissey looks fine by the way.

This team looks pretty balanced to me but I'm not a very good rater. Infernape should have life orb because focus sash will simply be ruined by stealth rock. Your Gliscor has taunt but there are still many pokemon that will be going faster than Gliscor and get stealth rock up, as well as some you won't want to mess like Swampert. Life orb will help Infernape take out a lot of pokemon in one hit instead of two.

Thanks. I'll most likely Change that Gengar's last move to explosion because I really don't understand how the hidden power deal works. Or maybe a rotom form? Idk which would be best in my team at this point..

Well it just came to my knowing that my Blissey Wish/Protect can't work unless I have an NYPC Bliss. Sadly I don't have 1, so my question is.. should I change my Blissey's moveset and give it softboiled and maybe aromatherapy, or screw the Blissey all together and find a different pokemon to fill my main wall slot?
