The team at glance.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Woohoo. 3 Ice-weaks and no rapid spinner. Yay.Yay.Yay.
Gengar@ Choice Scarf
Trait/Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EV spread: 6 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
- Shadow Ball
- Hypnosis
- HP Ice
- Thunderbolt
<Description>
Gengar hypnotism lead in response to “Gengar Boom”. LB Bronzong set, Scarf Crobat, Weavile, and Arodactyl are some that would kill this on the first turn. I might actually use those for fun on the next team.
Heatran @ ShedShell/Life Orb
Trait/Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Naive
EV spread: 6 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
- Fire Blast
- Explosion
- HP Ice
- Earth Power
<Description>
For this set, I would have to either go with Shedshell or Life Orb. In my decision, I’m sticking with ShedShell. I wanted Heatran to retain his freedom while getting away from menacing Dutrio at the same time.
Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Trait/Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Naughty/Naive
EV spread: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
- Zen Headbutt
- Brick Break
- Thunder Fang
- Draco Meteor
<Description>
Scarf-Salamence could actually catch some people off guard. The moveset was designed for Gyarados/Tyranitar/Dragons, and a Heracross counter to certain extent. If the foe’s a Scarf-Garchomp, then I’ll risk Heatran for Outrage, and then switch back if it somehow manages to survive HP Ice.
Roserade @ Leftovers/Life Orb
Trait/Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
EV spread: 6 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
- Leaf Storm
- Sleep Powder
- Stun Spore/Spike
- HP Fire
<Description>
When I stumbled around making this ‘fun’ team, I needed a poison absorber. So the answer is: Roserade. I looked at his set, and decided to go with the above. Essentially, double status provides great, if not decent team support. I would’ve gotten spike in place of one status, but I don’t actually have a bulky Ghost to risk getting kill by Pursuiter.
Garchomp @ Yache Berry
Trait/Ability: Sandveil
Nature: Jolly
EV spread: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
- Outrage
- Sword Dance
- Firefang
- Earthquake
<Description>
The Yache-Garchomp set that I won’t probably have to give much explanation for. I much prefer physical fire variance due to the boosts coming from SD. Fire Blast doesn’t kill Bronzong when you needed that the most.
Swampert @ Leftovers
Trait/Ability: Torrent
Nature: Relaxed
EV spread: 240 HP/216 Def/52 SAtk
- Hydro Pump
- Stealth Rock/HP Elec
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
<Description>
Swampert will be the volley taker for team. SR may be more beneficial for the team, since Gengar and Salamence can outrun and OHK after SR’s dmg intake.
