Future Sight?

I've got a few questions about this move that weren't really addressed by the analysis.

Most importantly, under what conditions is the attack canceled? If I use Future Sight and Switch, does Future Sight not happen? What if my 'mon faints after using the move before it lands?

Secondly, when is the 90% accuracy checked? Is it when the move is used or when the attack happens?

Finally, I see no movesets using Future Sight by any 'mons. Do people just not like it, or have they tried it out and really felt that it wasn't worthwhile?

Well, I can't find it. Search is flooded with posts in the Ask A Simple Question thread, all of them the same question by the same guy.

Future Sight isn't canceled if you switch, or if you faint. The accuracy check isn't revealed until the turns are up; when it's actually checked, I don't know, but it matters little.

If you look at Future Sight, and then look at Psychic, I think you'll see why no one uses it.
