name: Physically Defensive (Ghost)
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Night Shade
move 3: Will-O-Wisp
move 4: Strength Sap
item: Eviolite
ability: Cursed Body
nature: Bold
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]
Galarian Corsola serves as one of Ghost's primary walls due to its excellent Eviolite-boosted bulk and great utility moves in Night Shade, Will-O-Wisp, and Strength Sap, letting it handle threatening physical attackers such as Excadrill, Mega Lopunny, and Garchomp. Additionally, it compresses the role of a valuable entry hazard setter with Stealth Rock. Night Shade prevents Galarian Corsola from being completely passive, breaking Substitute from foes like Zapdos and Calm Mind Keldeo while wearing down foes like Excadrill and Garchomp much more quickly. Will-O-Wisp inflicts burns on physical attackers like Mega Swampert, Dragonite, and Mega Aerodactyl, making it much easier to deal with them. Strength Sap also cripples the aforementioned physical attackers while providing Galarian Corsola with a source of recovery. Cursed Body can be potentially useful in order to disable strong attacks that may defeat Galarian Corsola. Maximum HP and Defense investment with a Bold nature is needed in order to handle the likes of Choice Band Excadrill, Galarian Darmanitan, and Terrakion better. Galarian Corsola is extremely vulnerable to Knock Off, so it should be wary of switching into users that carry it like Zeraora, Mega Gallade, and Landorus-T.

All teammates appreciate Galarian Corsola's ability to take on dangerous physical attackers while setting Stealth Rock. Mega Sableye forms a great defensive core with Galarian Corsola, as it provides a useful Dark neutrality, absorbs Knock Off, and prevents entry hazards like Spikes and Toxic Spikes from being set with Magic Bounce. Additionally, it deals with foes like Nidoking, Blacephalon, and SubToxic Aegislash. Mimikyu is an amazing teammate, as it helps greatly in the Dark and Dragon matchups by pressuring foes like Mandibuzz, Mega Sableye, and Kommo-o for Galarian Corsola. Swords Dance Aegislash can defeat opposing walls that Galarian Corsola struggles to deal with, like Porygon2 and Blissey, making it an amazing partner. SubToxic Aegislash can be used instead to provide a way to deal with special attackers like Kyurem, Tapu Lele, and Choice Specs Latios. Choice Specs Gengar is a great wallbreaker that breaks apart opposing walls such as Toxapex, Heatran, and Mega Venusaur while absorbing Toxic Spikes for Galarian Corsola. Choice Scarf Blacephalon is a useful revenge killer that forces out threatening Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Mega Scizor while outspeeding major threats to Galarian Corsola such as Zarude and Tapu Koko.

Haze can be run in order to discourage setup sweepers such as Volcarona and Mega Latias from setting up on Galarian Corsola with ease. However, it is extremely hard to use over other useful moves like Will-O-Wisp or Strength Sap.

Checks and Counters
===================

Ghost
--------
**Super Effective Coverage**: Dark- and Ghost-types such as Hydreigon, Urshifu-S, and Aegislash threaten Galarian Corsola by heavily damaging it with their super effective moves.

**Stallbreakers**: Stallbreakers such as Bulk Up Zarude, Gliscor, and Kommo-o completely shut down Galarian Corsola by disabling its status moves and denying recovery, forcing it out or making it forced to use Night Shade.

**Magic Bounce**: Magic Bounce users such as Mega Diancie, Mega Sableye, and Hatterene shut down Galarian Corsola by reflecting its status moves, preventing it from recovering with Strength Sap or crippling foes with Will-O-Wisp.

**Powerful Wallbreakers**: While Galarian Corsola's bulk is impressive, it is nailed by very powerful wallbreakers such as Choice Specs Kyurem and Mega Charizard Y.

**Knock Off**: Knock Off users such as Zeraora, Pelipper, and Mamoswine can threaten Galarian Corsola by removing its Eviolite, making it significantly easier to deal with.

**Poison**: Toxic from Pokemon such as Zapdos, Celesteela, and Gastrodon can significantly wear down Galarian Corsola during a match, limiting its ability to check foes consistently.

- its not coverage moves, say utility in the overline line
- night shade does not break kyurems substitute since if they run it its always 101 hp subs

[checks and counters]
- galarian corsola isn't 2hkoed by specs koko with strength sap in mind and it'll probably get cheesed by cursed body. would just use the other 2 examples
- add magic bounce users, these deflect all its attacks and can also reverse strength sap corsola

Night Shade prevents Galarian Corsola from being completely passive, breaking Substitute from foes like Zapdos and Moltres [Use a different example, Moltres isn't that common.], while wearing down foes like Excadrill and Garchomp much quicker. SubToxic Aegislash can be used instead to provide a way to deal with special attackers like Kyurem, Alolan Ninetales, and Latios [Alolan Ninetales SpA isn't exactly threatening to Corsola-G, replace Ninetales with a stronger Special attacker that Corsola actually struggles against. Only Trick from Scarf Latios is threatening so mention Choice Specs Latios.]. Choice Specs Gengar is a great wallbreaker that breaks apart opposing walls such as Toxapex, Heatran, and Mega Venusaur, while absorbing Toxic Spikes for Galarian Corsola. [Add Status/Toxic Poison as a category since it heavily cripples Corsola-G.]
