Not A Bug Gale Wings doesn't affect Tera Blast

What is the bug?
Gale wings not giving priority to tera blast apon tera flying.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

I ensured that talonflame was gale wings
here specifically talonflame is terastilazing on the same turn as using it's tera blast. the talonflame has also been wish-passed to.

I don't know whether this happens in game too as I dont have SV to play either, if it doesn't work in game I guess it's intended or just an oversight

This mechanic is working as intended - Gale Wings does not increase the priority of moves that are technically Normal-type but deal Flying-type damage (Tera Blast, Hidden Power, Judgment, Natural Gift).
