What is the bug?
Hello,

after finishing a battle, my opponent made the battle room public, and now the battle will not disappear from the main screen. Going into the battle and trying to close it, it closes from the top tab, but still appears as an ongoing match on top of the battle selection button. Refreshing the site, closing the site fully and opening it again doesn't seem to work. Making the room hidden doesn't seem to work.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I tried to go into a battle and make it public, but first the room has to be hidden before it can be public. And after making it public, it didn't replicate the problem.

I was able to reproduce this with slightly different steps:
  1. Start the battle
  2. Make the room public
  3. End the battle
  4. Start another battle, and end that battle
But yeah, this is actually really nice info to have - we've had this bug for a while but no consistent means of reproducing. Thanks!

For the developer: the |updatesearch| protocol is being sent with the old battle.
