Garchomp in the Metagame of D/P

does anyone believe that the metagame is surrounded by Garchomp. because i read alot of complaints when i put down the name garchomp on my team they all say its too powerfull and thats its too broken. iv have seen many build's of garchomp one with Yacheberry and chain-chomp. people also say its should be marked under UBER, do you agree? do you think its UBER STRONG? and do you think taking it out of teams would make the metagame better? and finally do you think Garchomp is easy to OHKO?
 
Not a necessary thread, but if only there was a "sometimes" option. Sub Brightpower chomp has 6-0d my team and I've 6-0d my opponents with it, when I gave Garchomp a try.

I don't use Garchomp. (save for once) I can't cry out "he's broken!" if I use him myself.

As much as we need to end this Garchomp nonsense once and for all I don't think threads like this help at all

That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and I have heard quite a bit of statements of those nature from you
