Garchomps new move set that can counter most of the meta game

Garchomp could be one of the best pokemons in the meta game because of this move set
Garchomp (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Crunch
- Outrage
this moveset is supposed to be used to take out big threats like zacian and calyrex- shadow and also ditto scarf chomp can take out some of the biggest threats in the game just with this moveset also garchomp with this moveset can take out like 5 ubers but the pokemon that helps garchomp get most of its sweeps is roserade because of it being able to run its set from gen 4 being focus sash roserade so if roserade hangs onto its focus sash and it uses toxic spikes then it will help garchomp counter almost all the pokemons in the game.
