Gastly training, i need some advice

I catched a few Gastly's and i picked the two best out of them to see which one to raise. The first one is male, the other one female.

The male one has a Quiet nature, while the female has a Serious nature. Both suck but i don't feel like going out to catch some more.

The male Gastly has better Sp. Atk, but the female one has more Speed.

So what is most important for Gengar: Sp. Atk or Speed? Thanks in advance.

PS: i could breed a new one but i really want to start training right away.
