Hi guys sorry if there is already a discussion on this game but i just finished playing the campaign. I wanted to know what you guys thought of this game to me its the perfect game lots of comic relief, action, suspense and emotion. It all looks so real and the soldiers the cutscenes you really feel involved in the game.

Now is there going to be a third game somone says that Cliffy B said after the first Gears game that this game would be a Trilogy like Halo is that true.

Also dose anyone else here think that the Locast queen appears to be part human or was human and that the relationship between her and Adam Fenix may be that she is Adams mother or even Marcus's Mother oh and by the way Adam Fenix is Marcus's father.

Oh and one more thing what actually mutated Maria. The reason i ask this is someone told me that some COG officals had an alliance with the Locast and were making human locost hybrids and they took her because women made better subjects because they were stronger is this true? Thanks

Now to the topic at hand, the campaign was fun in co-op but the story was horrible. Horrible. I don't even remember Dom mentioning his wife in GoW. In GoW2 he mentions her in every sentence. It was completely tacked on and a complete change of character. The dialog was laughable. The character looked just as comic book-y as before, which I think might have been the intent.

The game was fun in co-op but not something I'd really wanna play through alone. I gotta say though, going to Resistance from GoW really felt like a step back. The cover mechanic works fairly well and I really do think I prefer third person.
