What is the bug?
In gen 1 whenever a partial trapping move is used into a substitute only the first hit lands on the sub, every consecutive hit hits the user doing 0 damage to the substitute.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Very Easily. Sub with one pokemon, and then hit a partial trapping move with the other.
