Invalid Gen 1 Team Suggestions Help

Hi, i made this gen 1 team to battle with my friends. What do you think about it? Anything i can improve? Any tips or things that i should consider while using this team are very appreciated. We normally use only gen 1 pokemon, i use this setup in National Dex AG some times by the way.
