What is the bug?
In Gen 3 only, if a Pokemon with a Choice Band uses Mimic, Sketch, or Transform on the first turn after switching in, they will not be locked into that move, even if the move fails. Currently, PS! currently does not lock into the move if it succeeds, but will still lock the Pokemon into the move if it fails.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

I tested it and it doesn't get Choice locked even if the move fails multiple times in a row.
