The enemy team will surely have trouble with their items missing. You can potentially kill the entire enemy team with this if they do not have a rapid spinner, or you killed theirs already.

An aromatherapist such as Vileplume, Blissy (especially her with her high special defense Pelipper lacks),Celebi, or Shaymin helps this set out a lot. This set really brings out the holes in people's teams if they find themselves completely unable to stop this.
