Gen 4 Sunny Day!

A Sunny Day team I've been using recently. It works very well, and I like it a lot! It seems all of the weaknesses have been taken care of, though Flygon may be just a bit of a problem, if it isn't choiced in some way. So tell me what you think!

Crobat @ Leftovers
Inner Focus
Jolly
216 spd, 150 SDef, 88 Def, 52 HP
-U-Turn
-Super Fang
-Roost
-Sunny Day

Very fast Sunny Day setup pokemon. Also, a very good switch in on ground, fighting, grass, poison attacks. Can hurt opposing steal types halfway with super fang, something that will be needed for this team, or it can just U-Turn out. Good crippler to have.

Jumpluff @ Leftovers
Chlorophyll
Jolly252 Spd, 252 SAtk, 4 SDef
-Encore
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-HP Flying

This Poke is used to setup for my sweepers. With constant subbing and seeding, it can widdle down the opponents team, especially walls. Once it does its job, i can switch out to one of the sweepers and it's good game. I run Encore ofer Sleep Powder, because I think it could be more beneficial, and I have sleep powder on my Victreebel.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Bold
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SDef
-Flamethrower
-Wish
-Protect
-Thunder Wave

Wish Blissey. It sits there and owns every single special attack thrown at it. It works very well with its offsetting partner on this team, Bronzong. The only thing really different about this one is that it's going to get a boosted Flamethrower. I've seen a lot of Metagross switch-ins on Blissey, and Flamethrower really hurts them. I think this Pokemon brings the whole team together.

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Flash Fire
Timid
252 SAtk, 252 Spd
-Fire Blast/Overheat
-Dark Pulse
-Solar Beam
-Will-O-Wisp

Sweeper #1. The special sweeper of the team. Fire Blast/Overheat is really whichever I'm in the mood for. Solar Beam over HP Fighting, because of the sun. Solar Beam also works as a good counter to Ground and Water Pokemon, who seem to switch in on Houndoom a lot. After weighing all of the choices for the team specs sweeper, Houndoom just came out ahead in my mind. It may be frail, but that's why I have great walls!

Victreebel @ Life Orb
Chlorophyll
Adamant
252 Atk, 136 HP, 120 Spd
-Leaf Blade
-Sucker Punch
-Swords Dance
-Sleep Powder

Here's the Sleep Powder pokemon of the team. Put them to sleep, Swords Dance (bringing its atk near 700!!!), then leafblad the crap out of them. Sucker Punch for surprises on Metagross switch ins or ghosts. A lot more durable than Houndoom, and can make up for its weaknesses if it's taken out. The best physical sweeper I could find for the team, as it has Chlorophyll, and a pretty good movepool to go along with its really good attack.

Bronzong @ Heat Rock
Levitate
Relaxed
252 HP, 204 Def, 52 Atk
-Gyro Ball
-Sunny Day
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion

Works as a 2nd Sunny Day setter-upper (ya gotta have 2). Also gets up my rocks, and takes away the threat of ice attacks. Before I added this, Machamp could just ravage my team if it had Ice Punch. Its healthy def (350), makes it a great physical wall, and with the lowest possible speed, a STABBED Gyro Ball will be doing some considerable Damage. Levitate on this Poke adds to the already large Ground resistance. Though most Flygons carry a Fire attack, I can use this as a switch-in most of the time. Comes in on EQs and Outrages from it. To solve the fire weakness, I could switch to Houndoom and absorb it, and begin to sweep, since its Fire Blast would be very powerful afterward (assuming the Flygon was choiced).

Your team is severely weak to Heatran, which is troublesome, because Heatran is probably the most common pokemon in the late 4th generation metagame save for Scizor. Your two Houndoom and Victreebell, your two sweepers, can do absolutely nothing to it other than use Sleep Powder and in fact, you don't have a single way of hitting a Heatran even neutrally, much less Super-effectively. Blissey can't damage it (and happens to be in enormous trouble against substitute variants) and Bronzong is similarly completely vulnerable. The best you can do against Heatran is half its health with Crobat (and then die), and try to leech seed stall against Jumpluff, which is going to be very difficult without Sleep Powder.

Without severely revamping your team, there are a couple simple solutions you could employ to reduce your Heatran problem: Firstly, Houndoom might benefit form Hidden Power Ground or Fighting more than Will-o-wisp. (Fighting because Tyranitar is also an enormous threat to your team, more so because of the fact that it removes the sun)

Victreebell is probably better off replaced with a Tangrowth, simply because of its better movepool. Tangrowth is essentially the same thing as Victreebell, except it has things like Earthquake, Rockslide and Power Whip to offer better coverage. It can also run Swords Dance and Sleep Powder anyway, so all you'll really be losing is the perfect accuracy in your grass move in exchange for not being completely blocked by half the metagame. Tangrowth also has very nice physical defenses.

You don't really need Jumpluff. None of your sweepers need help setting up--your Houndoom doesn't have Nasty Plot and Victreebell/Tangrowth can pull off a set-up using Sleep Powder. It'd be best to use a naturally fast pokemon in that slot. I won't offer anything specific, but just experiment with something that covers your team's weaknesses--most likely a scarfed Pokemon, perferably something capable of outrunning and killing pokemon that could really cause havoc against you, like an opposing Scarf Infernape.

There are a bunch of other things to fix, but for now, you should address the basic issues I just brought up, the most important of them being your vulnerability to Heatran.
