So far this team has been pretty successful, although it is not perfect.
I am hoping you guys can offer some constructive criticism/comments to help me make it better. Please, if you do not like an aspect of the team, inform me as to how I can improve it.

Kyogre @ Rindo Berry
Lead
Ability: Drizzle
EV's: 116 HP/252 SP Atk/140 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Surf
-Thunder
-Ice Beam
-Sleep Talk

Kyogre is the 'King of Ubers'. This team was originally a rain dance team, although as it progressed, i found myself relying less and less on the rain. Kyogre has stayed as the lead because he is one of my favourite uber leads, and he has not failed me so far. Surf, Thunder and Ice Beam provide me with all the coverage I need, and Sleep Talk is great fun for catching Darkrai off guard. Rindo Berry is used so significantly weaken Shaymin-S' Seed Flare and Latias' Grass Knot in particular. It also allows me to fake a choice set, and the surprise element when the enemy switches their Shaymin-S into a Surf, only to have Seed Flare weakened and OHKO'd by Ice Beam, is just too good to pass up. 140 Spd EV's is to outrun the most common Groudons and 2HKO with Ice Beam.

Palkia @ Lustrous Orb
Specially Based Mixed Attacker
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 32 Atk/252 SAtk/224 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
-Surf
-Spacial Rend
-Outrage
-Fire Blast

Palkia is the second of the three members who was part of the original team. In the rain, Palkia is an absolute beast. With Lustrous Orb, Surf and Spacial Rend are capable of leaving a huge dent in almost any pokemon. Outrage is for the odd Blissey who thinks she can switch into a Surf like it was a Splash. Fire Blast is for when rain is no longer up, as it stops Forretress/Scizor/Skarmory from doing getting down hazards or setting up. 224 Spd EV's is to outrun max speed Rayquaza without any boosts. The remaining EV's are thrown into attack to boost the power of Outrage.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Offensive Powerhouse/Tricker/Threat Remover
Ability: Clear Body
EV's: 208 HP/140 Atk/160 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake/Hammer Arm
-Explosion
-Trick

Metagross is actually that much fun to use. His Choice Band boosted attacks rip through anything that doesn't resist them, and Explosion/Trick destroy everything that does. Trick serves one main purpose - making at fool out of pokemon such as Lugia and Wobbuffet. Even without the band, Gross and 3HKO physically defensive Lugia, provided it doesn't recover or set up Reflect. Honestly, I have absolutely no idea about the EV's. They seem to work fine but if anyone can suggest a better EV spread that would be great. I also wouldn't mind working Bullet Punch in here somewhere but I can't see where it would fit. Once again if anyone could recommend something that would be greatly appreciated.

Latias @ Soul Dew
Special Wall/ Set-up Sweeper
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 108 HP/204 SAtk/196 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Calm Mind
-Recover
-Dragon Pulse
-Grass Knot

Latias is the final of the three original team members. To put it simply, I love this thing. Latias is incredibly bulky on the special side, and with Calm Mind/Recover she is able to set up, recover off the damages, and single-handedly destroy teams. Dragon Pulse is for reliable and powerful STAB, and hits the majority of the metagame for at least neutral damage. I prefer Grass Knot over Thunder as it eliminates both Kyogre and Groudon.
The EV spread is standard for Latias, although i added an extra 4 in speed to outrun other Latias'.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ultimate Revenge Killer/ Physical Sweeper
Ability: Sand Veil
EV's: 56 HP/252 Atk/200 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
-Outrage
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Brick Break

Garchomp is the best revenge killer in the metagame. Apart from being the ultimate Rayquaza killer, he also serves as one of my main ways of dishing out loads of physical damage. Outrage and Earthquake provide very powerful, reliable STAB's, while Dragon Claw is there if i don't need the raw power of Outrage and may need to switch out next turn. Brick Break is just filler; I really don't know why it's there. Any suggestions for a replacement for Brick Break are very welcome. 200 speed EV's are to outrun max speed Rayquaza after a Dragon Dance, and the rest is chucked into HP for bulk.

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Physical Powerhouse/Status Absorber
Ability: Guts
EV's: 64 HP/252 Atk/192 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
-Close Combat
-Megahorn
-Stone Edge
-Sleep Talk

Scarfboss is a bro. As the newest addition to the team, I really wasn't sure how well heracross would go in the uber environment, but I was wrong to doubt him. This thing switches into status moves and laughs at the enemy when they realise the trouble they just caused themselves. Close Combat and Megahorn are extremely powerful STAB moves that hurt anything that doesn't resist them. Stone Edge is for Ho-oh, who would otherwise cause big problems for the team. Sleep Talk is there so I can even switch into to sleep-inducing moves and continue to wreak havoc. Heracross' is my main way of taking down Mewtwo, Darkrai and Ho-oh, and he does it with style. 192 speed EV's allows me to outrun Scarftran, as well as many other threats, and OHKO the majority of them.

Well there's my Gen 4 Ubers Team. As I said before, it's not perfect, and I am definitely open to suggestions. THANKS!

Hey, cool team. I don't see any immediate weaknesses, although I did notice you lack a Stealth Rock user; it's the best move in the game for a reason. The simplest change is to run an SR Metagross lead - while CB Metagross is an absolute monster and I hate replacing it, rocks are a necessity and Metagross is great in the lead position, although your Kyogre is really cool. Meta beats many of the leads that Kyogre beats as well bar Groudon, so you're still coming out on top versus most of the leads you already did but with an SR setter as well, which will really help when dealing with Lugia.
Metagross @ Lum Berry | Adamant | EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Meteor Mash / Bullet Punch / Stealth Rock / Explosion

With Kyogre out of the lead slot, I think you could run a Specs set as a great mid-game wallbreaker - I've found it to work really well in conjunction with ScarfChomp, as Chomp's blazing speed and great power clean up the remains of what Kyogre has left extremely well. The last change I think you should consider is Thunder on Latias - it is your main Kyogre check, and 'Ogre is often paired with Scizor. The Kyogre user will usually send Sciz out right after you send Latias in to take a hit from it, so 2HKOing it on the switch (after Stealth Rock damage!) can make or break a game, especially if Palkia has been weakened into Kyogre's 2HKO range (very plausible because you have no spinner, Kyogre likes being paired with Forretress and Metagross is huge setup fodder for it).

That's all I have for you. Sorry for the less-than-stellar rate, I haven't played gen 4 ubers seriously in awhile, but great team, good luck!

Thanks for the great advice. i'll definitely give Gross a chance in the lead position and I think SR will really help the team, particularly with Ho-oh. I have experienced the overwhelming power of specsogre and I have to say I really like the idea. I'll try Thunder on Latias but I prefer Grass Knot so I can take down Groudons after I switch into an EQ aimed at Gross. Thanks again.

Edit: I've tested all of the above suggestions. The leadgross works really well and SR has really benefited the team, although i really miss the raw power of the banded version. i'm still debating whether or not i will switch back. As for the specsogre, it really doesn't work for the team. i don't know if its because i'm not using it right or because of another reason but i really don't think it fits the team at all. As previously mentioned on sticking with Grass Knot on Latias.
