Gen 5 balance rmt

Hey whats up this is my first ou rmt and i would love to see what you all have to say about my team. I am sorry about the lack of pictures, but i am uploading from my phone so i cannot post the pictures. Well anyway, here is my team.

Jolly jirachi@ choice scarf
Evs: 252 attack, 252 speed, 4 special defense
Iron head
Ice punch
U-turn
Thunder punch
This jirachi can do a lot of things. It can revenge kill dragon dancers with its punches, flinch nearly any pokemon to death with iron head, and scout eith u-turn. All in all, it is very effective

Adamant scizor@ choice band
Evs: 252 attack, 248 hp, 8 special defense
Bullet punch
U-turn
Bug bite
Superpower
The classic banded scizzor. I really like it because unlike a lot of pokemon, his u-turns actually do a lot of damage. You may notice that i dont run pursuit on this, and this is because anything i would be using pursuit on is easily taken care of by my other pokes, esecially jirachi. Bug bite is very good because it ohkos physically defensive reuniclus, which u-turn does not always do.

Calm(+sp def -atk) cresselia @ light clay
Evs: 252 hp, 252 defense, 4 special defense
Reflect
Toxic
Light screen
Moonlight
Cresselia is one of the bulkiest mixed pokes around, and the nature and ev spread maximizes it. It is actually better at taking physical hits than physically defensive skarmory. Dual screens are very appreciated for my team, and it can toxic stall pokemon that tje rest of my team cant handle.

Adamant conkledurrrr@ leftovers
Evs: 252 attack, 252 hp, 4 sp def
Bulk up
Mach punch
Drain punch
Payback
Conkledurr works great with cresselia, as it can absorb status due to guts and take dark and bug attacks. It is also incredibly hard to take down under dual screens, and cress can take all of the psychic attacks and the rare flying type attack. It is also my main check to excadrill

Timid azelf@ life orb
252 speed 252 special attack
Thunderbolt
Grass knot
Flamethrower
Hp ice
This azelf is the main special attacker on my team, and it is great at blowing holes in the opponents team early game and coming back to sweep late game. Azelf is really underestimated as an all out special attacker. The reason i use life orb and not choice specs is because i dont want to become Pursuit bait.

(+def -spd) swampert@ leftovers
Evs: 252 hp, 200 defense, 56 special defense
Surf
Earthquake
Roar
Stealth rock
Swampert was a last minute addition to my team, but he has helped a lot because he can set up stealth rocks, and he has a fire resist. His only weakness to grass is easily absorbed by scizor and jirachi, and he can also phaze out pokemon trying to set up on him.

This team is not that bad, but it has some major problems. There is no reason that Cresselia should be running Moonlight on the set because with sandstorm and rain being such common weather conditions, it will only heal 33% of its health rather than 50. I would recommend that you switch it to Lunar Dance, because it can be used late in the game to give another shot at sweeping for one of your sweepers. The other mahor issue I see is having Surf on your Swampert. Its attack is much better than its special attack, so I would recommend changing it to waterfall. Good Luck.

Thanks for the feedback and i eill change surf to waterfall, but i like to have cress have the ability to stall out certain threats that the rest of my team can't handle (mostly the random nu that im not prepared for)
