Item: Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Wave
- Destiny Bond
Gengar is my effective special sweeper. He can take any earthquakes aimed at Tentacruel and use that turn to take advantage thanks to his blistering speed. Destiny bond used as a fun tactic when Gengar is cornered. Especially useful against sucker punch users: Mawile and Kangaskhan. Shadow Ball as his powerful STAB. Focus Blast to handle pesky steel types like ferrothorn and also good against tyranitar. Sludge bomb for a nice counter to pesky fairies which annoy Dragonite and Goodra. I originally had black sludge as an item but opted for life orb to get more damage seeing as gengar is quite frail. I really enjoy this set and I have found great use in each of the four moves.

Item: Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Extreme speed
My star physical sweeper. A switch into any Dragon and Fairy attacks aimed at Goodra and WP is activated. Weakness policy to draw SE attacks while multiscale is active. And DDance on the first turn before the boost from weakness policy Dragonite becomes a real menace. Even if opponent try’s to play around weakness policy it gives dragonite a better chance to live. Extreme speed for priority. Earthquake to help round out it's coverage. D Claw for powerful STAB and coverage. Extreme speed to make sure it does not get revenge killed as easily.

clefable @ leftovers
ability: unaware
EVs: 252 hp/252 def/4 Sdef
bold nature
-wish
-cosmic power
-stored power
-moonblast

Clefable is my special wall and cleric. Clefable can switch in to any dragon attacks against Goodra and Dragonite without consequence. With the unaware ability it effectively prevents sweepers from setting up and if they are dumb enough, Clefable just builds with cosmic power and then proceeds to spam stored power for massive damage. She can effectively use wish to heal other team members, especially Dragonite, who can be healed back to multiscale. Moonblast for powerful fairy STAB against dragons and fighting types.

Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
Rottom wash for my highly effective physical tank. He can check many threats with great bulk and small weakness to grass. Volt-turn for an effective quick switch and STAB. Forms a great synergy while using Scizor’s U-Turn. Hydro Pump to hit fire and ground types. Will-O-Wisp to make up for lack of physical defense investment, and weaken pokemon that are difficult to wear down. Rest as an effective way to annoy opponent by fully healing then waking up thanks to the Chesto Berry. Can switch into any fire type threats that threaten Scizor as well as any ice attacks directed at either of the dragons.

name: Utility
move 1: Bullet Punch
move 2: U-turn
move 3: Defog
move 4: Roost / Pursuit
ability: Technician
item: Scizornite
nature: Adamant
evs: 248 HP / 44 Atk / 216 SpD

Mandatory defog user to keep those pesky rocks away from Dnite. Physical bulk to preserve longevity. Bullet punch as added support for fairies that threaten the dragons as well as priority STAB. U-turn forms an effective quick switch with Rotom-W’s Volt-turn. I prefer to use Roost for longevity and make sure that if rocks come back they can easily be banished again. Although pursuit is a great move as well. Scizor and Rotom form a perfect core as Rotom can switch into fire attacks aimed at Scizor for minimal damage while Scizor can switch into Rotom’s one weakness of grass for nearly no damage. Scizor covers the Dragons problems with fairy, ice, and Dragon. It also resists psychic attacks aimed at Gengar.

move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Fire Blast
move 3: Thunderbolt / Sludge Bomb
move 4: Dragon Tail / Earthquake
ability: Sap Sipper / Gooey
item: Assault Vest
nature: Quiet / Sassy
evs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD

This was my final member added, it took awhile to figure out a good final member. I found I needed a fire based attack as my team is lacking one and Goodra seemed like a perfect candidate. Utilizing sap-sipper it can laugh at grass attacks directed at Rotom and boost its attack. I was worried about the crutch of having two dragons on one team with all of the fairies in the current OU. However I have Gengar and Scizor for effectively taking care of fairies. On top of that, why not have a fairy of my own to counter any dragon attacks. Not to mention Scizor and Rotom resist ice attacks. The other 4 members of my team effectively cover the 3 big weaknesses Dragonite and Goodra share. Draco Meteor is an obvious powerful STAB for dealing with enemy dragons. Fire Blast for Scizor, Ferrothorn, Skarm, etc. other steel and grass types. Thunderbolt for added coverage against water and flying types. Lastly dragon tail for effective phasing and damage dealing. Assault vest to ensure longevity and make Goodra extra bulky.

Please offer any ideas you may have on how to improve this team. Thank You!

Hi again lol. For goodra, I would choose t-bolt, since you have gengar for poison attacks and I would use eq to nail heatrans, who would otherwise pretty much wall you. Also, small nitpick: you said clefabe was was special wall but you have 252 def, not 252 spdef. Lastly, I think if you want an cleric with some offensive power, sylveon would be much better. It can wish pass and be a cleric with heal bell. Also, it can use pixilated hyper voice to hit behind subs, which can be niffty, and has calm mind for setting up.
Hope i helped!

Hello again Redevil360 thanks once again for your input. I will use T-bolt for Goodra. And I'll try earthquake as well. As far as Clefable, I should have said mixed wall because it's special defense is much higher than it's defense and adding max evs to defense makes them almost equal. And I considered Sylveon as well and hyper voice going through subs. However the main difference and why I favor Clefable is the fact that it can utilize its ability unaware so that when opponents try to setup on it, it ignores any boosted stats that the opponent may have. As long as it's out it prevents them from ever sweeping.

I say sap sipper > gooey to predict amoongus or venasaur giga drains at your rotom-w also i would go pursuit on Scizor to destroy latios/latias since you have clefable wish you can easily wish and switch in on the predictable poison/steel move and keep scizors hp up.

Use magic guard on clefable, more useful

Not really. If ur trying to set up cosmic powers on say a volcorona, unaware allows you to take negligable damage and charge beam away... Magic guard is more used on cleric sets, rather than cosmic power boosting sets. The point of cosmic power is to get your own defenses while ignoring your opponents boosts.

Thanks for your input guys! Sparkygirl I will try out charge beam and thank you for clearing up for ilovekirby12 that unaware is much more useful on Clefable. Nyron777 as stated in my description, I've been using sap sipper for the reasons you stated. I will try out pursuit on Scizor although I have not see Latias/Latios at all recently.
