GEN 6 STICKY WEB TEAM

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast
- Toxic
Sylveon is used as the team wish passer. Protect used in conjunction with toxic for stalling out other teams. Protect also used to scout other teams pokemon. Max invest in Def and and HP to maximize its bulk and make it effective as my team's wall. Leftovers to improve the longevity of it. Covers teams weakness to Dragons and fighting types and dark. Used as a safe switch in on dragon type moves against dragonite.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Rapid Spin
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam
Hydro pump hits every pokemon hard with great nuetral coverage. Possiblity to be boosted against rain teams although they may become few and far between. Psyshock provides STAB, hits Tentacruel, Breloom, and Keldeo, for super effective damage as they resist hydro pump. Ice Beam covers the Grass- and Dragon-types that resist Starmie's main STAB. Rapid Spin is Starmie's most important feature, as it clears its side of field of entry hazards, helping dragonite and galvantula as they are weak to rock. Natural cure as it is preferred to analytic because of the presume drop in rain teams.

Scizor @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- U-turn
- Brick Break
Choice Scarf is key to this set because with Sticky Web setup it has a great chance to out speed many opponents. Mainly a fast way to dispose of Pokemon such as Latios, Latias, Starmie, and Alakazam. Targets any fast psychic and ghost type pokemon. Can simply choose to spam its STAB U-turn to scout and deal decent damage to nearly anything that switches in. Bullet punch as strong priority move to use against fairies. Brick Break to handle steel counters Heatran, Lucario, magnezone. Superpower not used due to not having access to it yet.

Dragonite (F) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Thunder Punch
- Dragon Dance
Used for switch-ins on earthquakes mainly against blaziken. Allows Dragonite to to have a free turn to setup, sticky web allows it to outspeed many pokemon after 1 DDance. Earthquake for heatran and jirachi. Thunder punch used to nail common fairy types of azumaril and togekiss. Dragon claw used to hit any pokemon hard especially dragons. Weakness policy is used to deter super effective attacks against it. Has a great chance to survive SE attacks with multiscale and deal huge amounts of damage with the attack boost.

Blaziken @ Blazikenite
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
Used as my mega evolution slot. Come in on attacks resistant to it such as fire attacks against scizor. Proceed to sword dance during opponent switch along with a speed boost, proceed to terrorize enemy team. Flare Blitz is a powerful STAB against anything that does not resist it. High Jump Kick used as main move to improve longevity of Blaziken. Stone edge used against other fire types as well as many flying types.

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Sticky Web
- Volt Switch
- Thunder
- Energy Ball
The staple of my team. Focus Sash used to ensure a sticky web setup. Thunder as a powerful STAB to handle flying and water types also increased accuracy with compound eyes. Volt switch for quick switch after setting up sticky web. Energy ball to target slow ground types that may switch in on Galvantula to block the use of volt switch. Considered possibility of Bug Buzz but Scizor already has u-turn and energy ball seemed more important. Covers Blaziken weakness to ground and water.

On Sylveon, I would go with Hyper Voice instead of Moonblast because of Pixilate. Not only does it turn Normal type moves into the Fairy type, but it also increases those moves' powers by 1.3x. So instead of 95 BP Moonblast (142.5 with STAB), you have a Fairy type Hyper Voice with 175 base power (90x1.3x1.5)

Also, I don't think you need a Scarf on Scizor. When using Sticky Web support, he can be a menace with Choice Band. I have mine EV'd so that it reaches 200 Speed (effectively 300 if your opponent is caught in Sticky Web).

Hey for Galvantula it says attk evs but the move sets are all special based and the nature is also -attk. Is it a typo by any chance? New to the whole competitive battling scene but yeah lol was just wondering
