I've been using this team in OU [obviously] and it's been doing me pretty good, though sometimes weird things happen and I lose.. I'd like it if someone could point out the huge weak points.

In depth:
Hippowdon@Leftovers
252 HP/168 DEF/88 Sp. DEF
Impish Nature
-Stealth Rock
-Slack Off
-Roar
-Earthquake
Hippowdon takes the main point of my team [residual damage combined with big hits and walls when I absolutely need to] and makes it so much easier to accomplish. Sand Stream gives me residual damage obviously to everything that isn’t rock/steel/ground, which would already neutralize Leftovers on some of the more defensive Pokemon not having one of these types. Where it really helps is in phasing the other team and potentially dealing lots of damage. Hell, I had a situation where I completely took out a Gyarados and Weavile using one EQ and nothing but Roars after that. I don’t really like having Slack Off in my playstyle [at least with Hippowdon], so if you have any suggestions for another move that could go there, I’d be grateful.
Scizor@Choice Band
248 HP/252 ATK/8 DEF
Adamant Nature [Technician]
-U-Turn
-Bullet Punch
-Pursuit
-Brick Break
Aaand the inevitable Scizor. As much as I love this set for its offensive prowess, I love it even more for the little things it does behind that. The priority in Bullet Punch, U-Turn’s switching, Pursuit’s switching bonus, Brick Break’s screen breaking… Oh yeah, and they all do good damage too. There are a couple other things I love; avoiding damage from the Sandstorm, and how much power that Bullet Punch packs. It easily 2HKOs on neutral hits, sometimes even on not very effectives. I also love the way it draws out fires so I can just U-Turn Kingdra in. Also, is there any way I can give him the same power boost of CB without using Swords Dance? That’s the one thing I feel I need to fix.
Jolteon@Choice Specs
252 Sp. ATK/252 SPD/4 DEF
Timid Nature
-Thunderbolt
-HP Ice
-Shadow Ball
-Signal Beam
Jolteon has saved me in so many different situations. Even with its Choice Specs, I’ve managed to take down many Pokemon that have taken some damage from all the residual damge this team causes. When Pokemon are coming in at 60-70% damage and maybe even paralyzed, everything just becomes cannon fodder for this guy. Jolteon is basically my primary sweeper, the one I use when I just need to get a strong hit in (unless I NEED to go first, then Scizor takes care of it). Again, I’m not a huge fan of Choice items, so if there are any other items that function just as good, I’d be glad to hear about them.
Porygon2@Leftovers
252 HP/216 DEF/40 Sp. DEF
Bold Nature [Trace]
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
-Thunder Wave
When I first found out Porygon2 was competitively usable, I had to see what all the rage was about. I decided to try him on this team, and I’m not regretting a bit of it. The defensive prowess of being able to take on Gyarados, Salamence, and Heatran is unmatchable. The paralysis is another bright point, as it makes it so much easier for my other threats to sweep, and even set Porygon2 up for the very occasional surprise sweep. I like to be able to heal so much more on Porygon2 due to the fact that I can rely on paralysis to give me at least one turn to get a heal in. The lefties neutralizing Sandstream also helps, as I don’t have to worry about Recovering every so often.
Dusknoir@Leftovers
252 HP/28 ATK/228 DEF
Impish Nature
-WoW
-Pain Split
-Fire Punch
-Earthquake
The combination of Hippowdon with Will O Wisp is just great. Not only do they take damage as they come in (not to mention at least 6% most of the time), but it allows me to do damage past the negation of sand with Lefties. Surprise Earthquakes and Fire Punches are really nice, too. Unless I make a blatantly obvious switch into a grass or fire type, I should be able to get a surprise KO or two in with this guy. I’ve been thinking about putting some EVs into special defense, too, as Will O Wisp effectively doubles Dusknoir’s defense.
Kingdra@Life Orb
252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Waterfall
-Yawn
I’ve been thinking about getting rid of Kingdra, since I don’t use him too much and I really don’t like Outrage, but I love his typing. The whole Yawn thing is useful, but I think I’m going to look in a different direction. I’d like to hear some suggestions, though I’m leaning towards something that can set up Spikes as well as Rapid Spin; the more residual damage, the better.
The Main Focus
The whole point of this team is to get in residual damage in as many forms as possible to let my sweepers and tanks to score very simple KOs on Pokemon that have been weakened a good amount, to the point that neutral hits will KO a lot of the time. Of course, this team has not reached its full potential, since I don’t have Spikes in here. Basically, just set up with Heatran, burn with Noir, and defend until the late game, then bring out Jolteon and Scizor.
Yep, kinda generic.. I'd like any problems to be diagnosed, though.
