Gengar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Cursed Body
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Sludge Bomb / Focus Blast
- Will-O-Wisp
- Toxic Spikes
Gengar may have fallen, but it's great in RU as a fast status spreader! Hex allows Gengar to deal damage against targets afflicted by status, for example allowing it to OHKO Reuniclus and 2HKO Krookodile and Rhyperior after Stealth Rock. Sludge Bomb is used for its ability to to spread poison against Heavy-Duty boots users such as Slowbro and Volcanion. It can also spread poison with Sludge Bomb if Toxic Spikes are not in play or if the opponent utilises Heavy-Duty Boots users such as Noivern. Alternatively, Focus Blast can be used to hit foes such as Bisharp, Krookodile, and Empoleon, which all would provide major problems for Gengar. Will-O-Wisp allows for Gengar to spread status even further, greatly weakening physical threats such as Bisharp, Gyarados, and Galarian Zapdos. Gengar excels in providing Status support, which is useful in wearing down the likes of Chestnaught, Hippowdon, and Wo-Chien, so teammates who can exploit walls being chipped such as Gyarados, Maushold, and Crawdaunt work extremely well with Gengar. Choice Scarfers such as Zapdos-G and Gardevior, can help Gengar out against faster threats such as Noivern and Cyclizar.

A-muk runs Rest-talk, so it doesn't mind the burn. I would add somewhere at the start about Hex, something along the lines of "Hex allows Gengar to deal serious damage to the many targets it spreads status to, for example allowing it to (calc like 2HKO'ing Krookodile after Rocks chip)". Since Hex is a big part of this set as well
Good work, text should be under the character limit after the implementation.
