Hey I am new to the forums so sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. I have recently been trying to RNG on Pokemon Soul Silver with little success. I have been using this guide created by everstone http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/dpphgss_rng_part1. I feel like I have been doing everything right so far but I am unable to hit my seed and when I check my Seed/Delay through the roaming legendaries there is none anywhere close to my seed as it says "No match was found for your roaming Pokemon". I am attempting to do this on a 3DS and I have tried numerous times for no success. If anyone could shed some light to what I may be doing wrong or can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
